This was one of the best trips of my life! I had the best group and the two best CEOs ever!!! Our tour guide, Maria, was wonderful. Very informative and helpful with our questions. The person who met us at the airport was very nice also. Got to see a lot of this part of the world in a short time. Prague Hamelin were my favorites. I would recommend your company to other people. TRYP hotel in Frankfurt only had one elevator and it was very inconvenient with two busloads of travelers coming in together in the evening to go to their rooms after a long day of riding bus and exploring small towns along the way. My only complaint about out trip was this hotel.
All the Tour guides were good except for one lady guidewho accompanied us to venice and Florence. She was rude and inconsiderate and not passionate enough in her profession.
As the customer are from different countries it will be better to provide some basic amenities like kettle in hotel rooms.
