We requested a customized combination of PUGLIA COASTAL WALK and WALKING IN PUGLIA in one trip and that was superbly done by Nicola and Chris! It turned out a very pleasant tour and we would strongly recommend to create a permanent itinerary. We enjoyed every minute of being in Puglia and every kilometer walking in Puglia. That was unforgettable. Choices of accommodations were exceptional with excellent and unique amenities and great supportive staff. Route Notes and GPX tracks made us very comfortable in finding the right way and seeing the right attractions and natural wonders. Chris' support and advice were invaluable. Really a pleasant experience to travel and interact with other nationals.We could exchange tourism related matter with them.Altogether a rewarding experience. Having said that, I would like to highlight one issue which was not resolved during tour. We were told by Traveltours, Kochi that everyday,the passengers would be shifted to Citycentre wherein we could dine at our choice resturants and would bedropped back to hotel.Not even on a single day did this happen. To ourquery we were told that the hotel is close to city centre. In Oslow, the hotel was far away from city centre. This has put us,vegetarians, into some avoidable trouble.Hope Europamundo will look into it.

We had a good relationship with our tour guide namely Emanuel and Xavier. Really appreciate them. They were patient and courteous in all manners. Everything was moving mentioned as per the itinerary. Everything was arranged perfectly. The only problem I want to bring to your notice is the hotel stay in Delta Florence, the staff was not all good and the hotel was too worse and is rated as 4-star category. I was not only myself and my family it was for the whole group staying on that day. This was the inconvenience caused. apart from that every was good once again appreciate you.
Definitely, I would come to Europamundo to travel with you again.
