This 3 day round trip in west part of Macedonia is our best seller and includes visit to Vodno mountain and St Panteleimon monastery from 12th century, Stobi archeological site, the famous Tikvesh wine region where you will visit the oldest winery and have a chance to taste some of the best Macedonian wines during your lunch. The second day is reserved to visit Bitola, the second biggest town in Macedonia, Prespa lake and to have unforgettable panoramic drive across Galichica National park. This trip was absolutely amazing! It has wonderful scenery and architecture. The history of these countries make you think about humanity and the resolve of people. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history and geography of the countries. The hotels were centrally located, clean and very comfortable. The extra excursions were fun! Best of all the people that were in our group were extremely friendly!
It was our first time on a Trafalgar trip and most likely not our last. The scenery was spectacular, the tours were educational and fascinating. The hotels were top rate and the meals were delicious. Our Travel Director and Coach Driver were both outstanding. The whole experience was incredibly fulfilling and enjoyable. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in a tour of this nature.
