Overall we had a wonderful time. We are looking at other itineraries.
But I have some suggestions. It would be nice to have a meet and greet at the first dinner. To state our names and where we are from etc. so it doesn't take a week to know everyone's name.
I thought the first and last day were very confusing. We didn't have clear direction where to go and where to meet and what the plan was.
I wish we had more information about the additional events prior to booking them like where, what, and menus. Some menus we would have passed on.

Can say nothing but good things, except perhaps to schedule during a cooler time of year but that is not anything you can change!. We did notice the group dynamic changed when 4 people ended their first week with our group and 4 new people joined our group for the 2nd week. We were more of a team with the first group we had and that was really nice and a good selling point for small group tours like yours. For our next tour we'll be looking only at small group tours.
