The low season Amalfi Coast walking holiday is highly recommended. The tour leader Matteo was knowledgable and enthusiastic about his home town and villages and made the whole area come to life with his local inside knowledge of the history, the people, and the walking routes. We got to explore and visit most of the 13 towns and villages on paths, many many steps and also using some public and private buses. In the early season we saw hardly any other walkers or tourists, making for easy walking and visiting, with spectacular views of the coast and valleys. The tour was well organised, with easy booking and good communication from the team. The hotel was comfortable and the planned itinary was interesting with walking that was sometimes a little challenging with lots of up and down hill, but at an achieveable pace, broken up with many facts about the area and time to explore.

Our second trip with Explore, and both have been Fantastic. We had an excellent group to ride with, the bicycles were great, and the location, Provence, was amazing and beautiful. But what really pulled it together was our great team leader, Erwin. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, provided excellent guidance throughout this journey. And beyond that, he has a passion for Provence, its people, and its history, that he was able to effectively share with the group. We had a fabulous time with Explore, the walking tour was breathtaking! Majestic snow capped mountains surrounded by the gorgeous array of wildflowers, and lakes and streams dotted throughout . We were blessed with perfect weather every day and loved seeing the clouds roll by each day.
Our leader was wonderful, very organised, knowledgeable and a genuinely a lovely person.
Explore tours really captured the essence of the Mont Blanc area.

Had a great time doing the island hop tour, the group really made it that extra special. Majority of the hotels were in great locations.
The visit to the local farm was a huge highlight, the food was just delicious there.
Definitely pack water shoes as all the beaches are rocky, like actual rocks that can be quite sharp, not just pebbly.
And unfortunately all the walks are done in the middle of the day, so definitely bring a good sized water bottle
