Everything was very well planned. Accommodations and transportation were very nice. Food was amazing. We loved exploring Scotland, England and Wales - so beautiful and rich in history. One of my favorite things was our amazing tour manager, Maher Haggog. The local tour guides were great, too. If you book a trip where Maher is the tour manager, you will be in very good hands and you will learn so much!

Our tour director was amazing. She explained everything we needed to know before every town and gave us so much history while on the bus. We loved all the architecture of each place and the accents and how it changed from place to place.
Air travel was terrible. Too crowded. At my age, London was difficult to maneuver. Thank goodness for our catholic Charities group leaders and some of my fellow travelers. Our tour director was awesome. He had definitely prepared for this tour. And, our bus driver was very skilled and so much fun to be on our tour with as well. I enjoyed the tour and learned a lot. The food was excellent. I signed up for the extra offerings and was not disappointed. Some of the hotels were not the cleanest. ( City Hotel ) comes to mind. Loved Scotland….it was so beautiful.

First of all, me and my husband wish to thank our travel agency here in the United States. Delia, from OK Travel is amazing Very efficient, prepared all the documents we needed for every trips we had; confirmed all accommodations before our trip. We’ve always gone to her for all our travel needs. Keep up the fantastic job
It was tough in the beginning as different passengers are only concerned about their individual needs and questions. Some of them had not been on time boarding and returning to the bus. English groups were mixed in with groups speaking different languages Spanish, Puertoricans, Portuguese Frances and it’s really hard to understand the details of the daily schedule. Most of the time the English translation is shortened due to the other passengers’ many questions. So by the time it gets to us, we’re already arriving to the destinations. But after few days, eventually we were separated and had our own transportation bus with English tour guides. Thank goodness as it was exhausting dealing with those needy passengers. Seriously Felt bad for the tour guides. Although I could honestly say that all our tour guides were very pleasant, accommodating, and made sure our group is clear with instructions. My husband and myself really appreciated all the tour guides we had namely Beatriz, Jessica, Cian, and Ayla. They were all wonderful, kind-hearted, hardworking, and really cared for all the passengers. They made sure all details about the daily schedule including transfers and connecting trips. Double checked on accommodations, airport transfer, etc., for each individual passengers.
I was injured on my second day during this trip. They all made sure I was comfortable and checked if I needed anything. Beatrice even offered to take me to the doctor or hospital. I really admired all of your tour guides.
On the last day of our tour in London, we were mixed in again with another multi-languages group. The bus came from another hotel picked up our group at our hotel in the morning. But they could not drop us off in the evening back to our hotel. Franck, our tour guide, was kind enough to call an Uber for us free of charge.
BTW, would also like to mention the drivers of our airport transfers arrival and departure were both punctual and pleasant. Both of them arrived earlier than our scheduled time. Thank you for contracting with dependable transport.
Overall, this tour was really nice and would recommend it. I just wished the Windsor Palace inside tour was included in the package. Didn’t have enough time to tour inside.
Thank you everyone for making this tour possible and for all your hard work.

Enjoyed this trip and all the optional choices. Weather couldn't have been better. Food was good. Free time and tour experiences were nicely balanced.
Tour Guide and Bus Driver was great. I was traveling solo and felt safe.
The one thing that could have gone better, was accommodations. The Leonardo Hotel in Cardiff and Liverpool was not a good experience. The room was not clean, carpet, window treatments and furniture was old and in bad repair.

This is not a usual tour but like a hop on hop off tour.. people joined and left our group at nearly every point along the way. We had six different tour guides not including the local tour guides. The tour was mostly Spanish speaking and the guides said everything in both English and Spanish which became annoying for both English speaking and Spanish speaking passengers.. Every optional outing was cancelled and the moulin rouge outing was booked for the 11pm show which didn’t finish til after 1am and had to be back on the bus at 7.30am.. there were children and babies on the tour which some might not like. The only time it bothered me was when the teething baby’s dirty diapers were put in the bin on the bus stinking out the back of the bus. One of the buses we were on for the uk leg of our trip was obviously designed to carry small children. The seats were tiny and the seat in front of you pushed on your knees and if the person in front reclined their seat it was only inches from your face. I couldn’t even look at my iPad as it wouldn’t fit between me and the seat in front and the air conditioner was not working on the first day.. I have never considered leaving a tour half way through before but I actually looked up renting a car to continue the tour myself.. we were taken to some places after close time like the tower of London when it would have made more sense to do the bus tour of the sites that evening and take us to the tower when it was open.. I did enjoy the tour as it was my first time in Europe and most of our guides were great but I would never book a Europamundo tour again
