Seeing the sights and shopping, making new friends and enjoying my family who accompanied me. The tour manager, Carolyn, was thoughtful, considerate, shared her insights well! The coach driver, Steve, was exemplary, professional and engaged with his patrons.!The Hotel Indigo Stratford Upon Avon was my favorite accommodation, I will always remember fondly the English garden there as we relaxed with family and new friends! The Paris extension was superb, our local guide, Valerie, was so courteous and knowledgeable about the city, use of the Metro, and the art at Montmarte! For the open day in Paris we had a side excursion to Normandy beaches and the American Cemetery, it was heartfelt and was the capstone of the trip. I enjoyed all the places we visited snd the dinners. I was not impressed with one of the hotels the Holiday Inn. The tour manager Carolyn was very knowledgeable. But I felt that she spoke too much about her personal life. The trip was well organized, and I enjoyed myself very much for my first trip
Great tour, solid highlights to visit. Only questionable inclusion is the Salt Company visit . Would prefer that time to visit local shopping venues, otherwise a stellar line-up.
