Daudi answered all of our questions patiently and quickly from the start. All of our accommodations were excellent, with amazing food and service. Special thanks to Jordan and Peter, our very knowledgeable and friendly guides who made this trip so memorable. Every day (no matter how early), they greeted us with great enthusiasm and eagerness to show us more wildlife up close, allowing us to take great pictures. During our drives, we had many discussions about wildlife and the environment, not to mention all of the laughter from their great sense of humor. Webster organized perfectly my stay and he was flexible adjusting schedule so that i see the big 5 for sure. he also took me to the hospital after a light food poisoning and he assisted me all the way
Thanks to the tour operator flexibility, we actually did a 12-day tour of Kenya and Tanzania and it was fabulous. Our two guides, Brian and Elly, were fun, friendly, flexible and knowledgeable. We shared a lot of laughs and developed a strong bond in our short time together, and we saw every animal we'd hoped to see (plus some) thanks to them. Customer service was excellent. They responded to emails in a timely manner, changed the schedule around a bit so that we could fly into and out of Nairobi, booked a hotel for the night we arrived without even being asked, and upgraded our accommodations.
