Our honeymoon also took us to Queen Elizabeth NP, Kibale NP and finally Bwindi NP in southwestern Uganda. Boaz our guide for the trip from Entebbe was an amazing, sharing his extensive knowledge of flora and fauna. We spent a lot of time in the safari vehicle and I am happy that it was comfortable for the bumpy off-roads. Gorillas was really special! When I looked straight in their eyes I could not help but admit that we share common DNA. Accommodation spots were well appointed and perfect.
I would not hesitate to recommend the local travel specialist

Rwanda is not only known for its stunning landscapes but also for its mountain gorillas, an endangered species of eastern gorillas that are found in the Volcanoes National Park. Join us on this four-day adventure and get a chance to come face to face with these lovely apes. This short trip is perfect for travelers who are short on time but don’t want to miss out on the wildlife experience of a lifetime.
We will pick you up on arrival at the airport and drive you to your hotel in the city. The next morning we head to Volcanoes National Park. Gorilla trekking, the highlight and main activity of this trip, is on day 3. The last day of your safari starts with a drive back to Kigali, where the trip ends.
Trek through dense forests in search of one of man's closest relatives. Although the journey can be quite tiring for some, the rewards of seeing these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat is worth it. The trekking can last two to seven hours depending on the gorilla group you have been assigned and where they stayed the night before.
This safari exceeded all my expectations. We departed from Dar es Salaam and enjoyed a cross-country drive where we got to soak in the Tanzanian wilderness. Arriving in Selous was like going back in time, everything was so wild and beautiful. Completely off-grid. We stayed at Hippo camp which was a nice little collection of wooden lodges on the river side with a great view. All meals (even the packed lunches) were of a high quality.
My favourite wildlife moment was feeding the bush babies at night in Hippo camp - wish I could have taken one home. On the third day we woke up before sunrise for a jungle walk with an incredible guide who entertained us and told us 'bush' stories wish were certainly unforgettable! The wildlife in Selous was definitely up to scratch and it was so enjoyable to cruise through the varying and outstandingly beautiful wilderness. Book it now!
I had an amazing trip.
The guide was kind and friendly, the Nature and the local people was absolutely amazing! If you are a nature lover I really recommend this tour.
Thanks for beautiful memories!

This 3-day Murchison Falls Safari is an excellent way to discover one of Uganda's most beautiful and rewarding parks in a short amount of time. This trip offers gratifying experiences of the river Nile and the ecosystem of wildlife and birds in Murchison Falls National Park.
On this short wildlife safari, you will see many animals including lions, leopards, crocodiles, elephants, rhinos, giraffes, hippos, and buffaloes as well as various antelopes and hundreds of bird species.
This wildlife safari starts and ends in Kampala. Your main destination is Murchison Falls National Park but you will pass by Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary where you can see Uganda’s rhinos and walk with them in the wild.
You will then proceed to Murchison Falls and explore the park’s wild savannah as well as the Falls and Nile on a boat cruise. The Nile itself hosts one of Africa’s densest hippos and crocodile populations and a dazzling variety of water birds including the world’s most accessible wild population of the rare shoe-bill.
The stretch of the Victoria Nile provides one of Uganda’s most remarkable wildlife spectacles. You get to see the Nile squeeze through a 7 – 8 meter wide gorge plunging with a thundering roar into the “Devil’s Cauldron” creating a trademark rainbow.
There is a chance to land a massive catch of the Nile perch which lives within strong currents and highly oxygenated water near Murchison Falls.
This wildlife safari trip has many engaging activities for both big and smaller groups. It is also perfect for a short ‘weekend in the wild’ getaway. Take a look at the detailed day-by-day itinerary breakdown to get a better idea of how this would work for you.

The endless plains of East Africa are the setting of the World’s greatest spectacle-the pounding of over 6 million hooves! From the vast Serengeti plains to the Champagne coloured hills of Kenya’s Masai Mara.
Over 1 million wildebeest, 300,000 Thompson gazelles and some 200,000 zebras relentlessly tracked by Africa’s greatest predators, migrate in a clockwise fashion over 1,800 miles each year in search of green pastures (July-October to Kenya & December to March to Tanzania’s Serengeti)
The Maasai Mara is especially famous for its large cat population and also the fact that it plays an integral role in the Wildebeest Migration, a wildlife spectacular like none other on earth.
The scenic and wildlife adventure of this short Maasai Mara Camping Safari ends back in Nairobi on the last day.
Amboseli National Park provides the classic Hollywood image of Africa. Set in rolling savannah scenery it is dwarfed by the presence of the pink-tinged, snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro which, at 5,896 meters, is the highest free-standing mountain in the world and topped by one fifth of all the ice in Africa. Against this magnificent backdrop roam vast herds of elephant accompanied by a kaleidoscope of other fabulous beasts - lion, buffalo, cheetah, giraffe, baboon, gazelle hippo and wildebeest to name but a few.
There are also over 400 species of birds, all manner of reptilian, flora and fauna and some of the most soul-searing views in Africa.
Please refer to the itinerary for more details.
The first day we went to Tarangire and saw many elefants, giraffes, lions, monkeys etc. It was a fun and interesting start of our adventure. The next day we passed Ngorongoro and went to Serengeti. Beside other animals, we saw leopards and buffalos! It was amazing. We also had buffalos around our camp during the night so that was pretty awesome. The last day we saw rhino in the crater! We saw all of the Big 5! Great experience, worth the money and I would definitely recomend it to anyone. We stoped at masai village (Longoko) for an entrance fee of 50$ per car and it was interesting as well.

You also have the option of meeting the Maasai, the pastoral tribe known as much for its brave warriors as for its cattle rustlers, in the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro that dominates the landscape of the area. Learn more about their culture and lifestyle.
This was an unforgettable gorillas trekking adventure with my dad in Bwindi Impenetrable forest with Christopher who works for this local travel specialist. Nicholas did a terrific job with the booking; permits, transport and accommodations all went smoothly. The tough 4 hours trek up the mountain was rewarded with amazing close sighting of the magnificent apes. Christopher was very helpful and great company during the whole trip from Kigali to Bwindi and back. We are very impressed with the whole experience with this travel expert. They are professionals and really know their stuff.
