Kung Fu Show in Beijing (Night Tour) - May 2027
The Beijing guide and driver will hold your name on a card and pick you up at the hotel lobby at 18:20pm, then drive to Red Theater directly. The 52 strong team features a cast of young Kung Fu practitioners, dancers, and acrobats, all of them professional performers from 14 cities in China. The performers are not only skilled in Kung Fu martial arts, but are also trained in modern dance presentation.
The inspiring story of a young boy seeking enlightenment skilfully combines traditional martial arts with dance, ballet and acrobatics. The story started when the young Chun Yi was brought by his mother to the temple to start his apprenticeship to become a monk. At first he found it difficult to experience the strict discipline. At his initiation he was given the name "Chun Yi".
He studied hard, and collected vital life energy from heaven and earth. He learned to look to nature and the movements of animals. Furthermore, the Master warned him that truth could easily be seduced by ego. Chun Yi had a new-found power, and was distracted from the purity of the Buddhist life. He shunned those who were close to him, unprepared for the life he now knew and followed religiously.
Deeply remorseful, Chun Yi practiced meditation and was now truly ready to become a warrior monk, not for violence, but for peace. Several years later, his wise old Master prepared for the end of his life. Chun Yi went back to the temple where the Master passed on to him the role of Temple Abbott.

Private Hangzhou Day Trip From Shanghai by Bullet Train - May 2027
Join us on this eleven-hour, private trip from Shanghai to Hangzhou, a city renowned for its historic relics and natural beauty, primarily the famous West Lake. Your private car will pick you up from your hotel in Shanghai early in the morning and drive you to the station from where you will board a bullet train to Hangzhou (bullet train tickets not included in the tour price). Jump into a private car on deboarding the train in Hangzhou and head out to explore the city.
Take the Buddha Road, where there are three historic temples on the way to the top of a mountain, and visit the Faxi Temple, with over 1,000 years of history. The temple is surrounded by beautiful tea plantations rolling down the hills.
For lunch, we will take you to a local restaurant that serves delicious Hangzhou cuisine. Your next destination is Longjing village, home to tea farmers since generations. Enjoy a cup of authentic Longjing tea at Hangzhou Manjue Long Scenic Resort.
The final destination on the itinerary is the iconic West Lake where you will enjoy a boat ride before its time to head back to the station for your bullet train back to Shanghai. You driver will transport you back to your hotel on arrival in the city.

Mutianyu Great Wall Bus Tour - May 2027
Any trip to China is incomplete without a visit to the magnificent Great Wall, and one of the best places to admire the grand structure is from Beijing.
This guided bus tour will take you solely to the Mutianyu Great Wall in Beijing, so that you can thoroughly explore the structure. Mutianyu is one of the best-preserved and best-known sections of the wall, and during hotter months, it's also one of the least crowded locations--making it a relaxing visit.
Your tour guide will pick you up from your Beijing downtown hotel lobby at around 7 – 8 am based on hotel location and settle you into a comfortable, air-conditioned bus to start the trip.
It takes approximately 1.5 hours to drive up to Mutianyu Great Wall. During the drive, your English-speaking tour guide will provide you with historical and cultural context in relation to the Wall so that your trip and be all the more engaging.
Upon arrival, make a short visit to a jade carving factory to learn about the Chinese jade culture and see the unique carving craft. Then you may hike up or take a cable car at your own expense to explore the beauty of the Great Wall. You can take some epic pictures, admire the tensely distributed watchtowers, soak up the stunning natural scenery for around four hours at the Mutianyu Great Wall.
To leave you enough time on the Great Wall, lunch is excluded in this tour, but you may bring bottled water and snack. Later at around 2 pm, rejoin the group and have a relaxing transfer back to your hotel.

Today, you will be picked up in your hotel lobby at 7:30 am and taken to the restaurant --- Sense 8. The decoration and the food immerse you in elegant and exclusive scenes of times past— the decor of the restaurant mirrors the décor of the homes of members of the Qing Dynasty. Enjoy a range of old-school dim sum dishes like 20’s Shanghai that you can't find it anywhere else.
After breakfast, you will visit the Site-Memorial of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The well-protected historical architecture “shikumen”. The founder of the Communist Party started from here.
The bird market is the entertainment spot of old. In the market, people sell insects, bird, plants and fish. Here, different people with the same hobby. They all come here to pick their pets and exchange experiences!
The final stop is Yuyuan Bazaar, which is the old Ming and Qing Dynasty architecture market. There are various souvenir shops and restaurants. Here you can search for some small gifts for your family or friends or try some famous snacks if you're interested. Then, you will join a tea ceremony.

Morning Park & Tea Market Tour - May 2027
We will start our walk at the entrance of one of the oldest local Chinese parks (built in 1914). Every day, performers, artists, and martial arts performers descend on the park. Each area bustles with different types of activities such as Tai Chi, ballroom dancing, calisthenics, and music performances. After our walk in the park, we will go to a 4 storey wholesale tea market which targets area re-sellers, so the prices are very good. Here, we will have a brief discussion of tea’s history and health benefits. Learn how experts judge good quality tea by examining its leaves, and then compare and contrast Long Jing tea by sight, smell, and taste.
We also sample a special white tea, some lesser-known green tea, red tea, black tea, and flower tea, different store owners will tell us about the products and provide tips in finding the best tea and tea wares. We will have plenty of time to wander through the many tea shops and sample teas. Sampling is the best way to learn about the tea, so sit, ask questions and sip away great tea.

9:00: Visit Forbidden City
Walk through the Gate of Heavenly Peace with the great Chairman Mao's portrait on it; you come to this morning's highlight - the 600-year-old Forbidden City - the largest and the most intact imperial palace complex of the Ming and Qing Courts (1368 - 1911 AD).
The majestic Forbidden City has 9,999 rooms! Which are the most essential and interesting parts? We will spend three hours or so exploring the main buildings centering upon the central axis, which splits the entire compound into two symmetrical halves.
After the trip is completed, you will find yourself already near the North Gate of the Forbidden City. It’s your choice to leave with your guide or take advantage of your ticket to linger inside longer to explore the Imperial Garden for more photos. There are cafes and Beijing snacks sold in the peripheral zone, so you can just tackle your lunch here before continuing your own exploration. The best way to learn this philosophy and practice of Chinese medicine is to join us for a visit to the largest open air food market in Shanghai which has survived till today against the trend of air conditioned supermarkets. If you want to experience the sights and smells of a wet market which hasn't really changed much over the years this is a must visit site.
Here you will find fresh vegetables from local farms, homemade stinky tofu, live chickens, birds, eggs, live fishes, and an array of spices which gives Chinese food its distinctive taste. See whether you can spot any century eggs while walking around the market. Here you will also find fresh Chinese fruits, tea and kitchenware. You may get a feel of old Shanghai while walking through the narrow lanes listening to the vendors yelling out their bargains after the morning rush. This huge wet market is one of the few spots relatively untouched by tourists with a vast expanse of fresh produce. In the end of the tour, we will also walk into the hidden backstreets of the old town to learn about its interesting history and the way local lives.

Badaling great wall tour - May 2027
Pick-up from your hotel between 7:00am and 8:30am, and then drive to Ming Tombs (50 miles away from downtown about one hour driving). The thirteen Ming Tombs are the best-preserved Chinese imperial tombs with 500 years history. You will visit Changling, the head and the largest tomb of Ming Tombs, where Emperor Yongle (the first emperor in Beijing) and his Empress Xu were buried. The sightseeing on the Ming Tombs takes about 1 hour. The visit to Ming Tombs finishes at about 10:45. Before having lunch (11:30 am), you will have 45 minutes for a short visit of Jade Carving Factory. The jade carving is a famous special Chinese product, a blend of the excellent skill on carving and Chinese traditional cultures.
Having traditional Chinese lunch at Jindian restaurant. After lunch, driving to the Badaling Great Wall. The hike on Badaling Great Wall takes 2 hours. Badaling section is the most famous and best-preserved wall. Its highest point at Badaling is some 800 meters above sea level. Cable car is available and optional.

Guilin Li River Cruise and Yangshuo Countryside Day Tour - May 2027
