We just got back from an amazing trip to Turkey, THANKS to our tour guide Murat Erogul who has been one of the best. The trip was more than expected thanks a million to Murat the Tour Guide. He led us through the various sites , his leadership , extensive knowledge of the country, history, his wisdom. He is also extremely professional, engaging, yet humble and extremely helpful to us and the whole group. One specific incident that we personally experienced which Murat promptly and efficiently coordinated during the trip was loss of my cell phone at the Atatic museum of Ataturkin Ankara. I received a message from my son in. Canada through what’s up that my cell phone was left at the security desk , I was extremely impressed by the security guard. I immediately advised Murat of the situation and he immediately coordinated through Mrs Ayla the other guide and Europamundo Operations Halil Yigit who both were extremely helpful and efficiently coordinated the drop off and pick up of my cell phone the very next day I received it. Kudos to all. I would like thank Europamundo team and Murat and will be definitely highly recommend to many friends and family. Hi, My experience was pathetic with europamundu and i will never travel with you guys again, the tour guides who were with us Mr Serdar Kurtis were very rude at all times, they think we are in a school and we have to follow what they say, they do not have manners to talk to women, the hotel choice was dreadful, all the hotels were on the outskirts of the city and were not as per the itinerary, my experience has been bad and i will never travel with europamundu ever again. thank you for the hopeless service in the last 10 days, it will remain a lifetime experience.
