Born Bike Tours Barcelona offers you a tour to enjoy the Magic Mountain by bike! Join us on a refreshing tour suitable for everyone. First of all, you will discover the port and its history, the universal exhibition of 1929, its palaces, the Magic fountain and the Olympic Ring.
We will continue to Plaça Espanya and go up through Av. Maria Cristina, where the Universal exhibition of 1929 took place. We will explore different palaces and the Magic Fountain, which definitley excites the senses. Don’t miss the illuminated Fountain by night! As we keep going easily up the hill, we will reach the Spanish Village (museum), then the Olympic ring, the Palau Sant Jordi, and the Olympic Stadium from the 1992 Olympic Games . We will stop at the Joan Miro Foundation and then we’ll go down to the Miramar, a recommended place where you will enjoy amazing views of the whole city, the port and the Mediterranean Sea. On our way back, we will pass through Port Vell and take a last look at the mountain.

Start your journey in Barcelona, where you will go on a guided tour to the Monastery of Poblet, located in northeastern Spain, one of the best-preserved medieval monasteries in the world. In Barcelona, tour the city and discover the iconic Ras Ramblas Street. Your tour continues with driving in the region of Provence to arrive in the charming town of Chamberry. Continue to Switzerland and enjoy beautiful lakes and mountains with snow-capped peaks on your way to Zurich. Your journey continues in Rome, the ancient Capital of Italy, and get to know about its history on a panoramic tour and in the Trastevere area. Things were covered as per itinerary and guides were very helpful and knowledgeable. But for 5 day trip to Spain, I feel only Barcelona and Montserrat would be better for a 5 day trip. There was not enough time to see Barcelona. The trip from Madrid to Barcelona was too tiring for a 5 day trip. Hotel Hamilton by Hilton in Barcelona was very nice and spacious room. Room in Hotel Prada in Madrid was too small and congested.
Transfers were really easy between airport and hotel, and coach bus to ports/stations for further transfers went smoothly. Great Thank you to the tour guides Maria Arrana, Theresa and Angela and Linus with Europamundo

We explored iconic French towns like Giverny and Amboise, and that day in Mont-St-Michel was something I’ll remember forever. The Spain portion felt like a warm breeze after the cooler French north..Montserrat’s mountaintop monastery was stunning, and I loved our time in Barcelona. The evenings were ours, which meant we could explore or just relax with a glass of wine.
I met people my age from across North America, and it was so refreshing to travel with others who wanted to experience culture, but not at a breakneck pace. Highly recommend for anyone who wants that balance of exploration and comfort.
