Overall it was great. I think that in Albania it would be good to add in some beach time for the those whe want it. Maybe stay a night in Ksamil and make Butrint optional.

Spend a week tracing the shared history of three nations.
Travel to Tirana, Prishtina, Skopje, and the UNESCO site of Ohrid and Prizren to understand how the area’s complex past has shaped each destination’s culture. As you venture from city to countryside, learn about the local traditions from the resilient people who call this region home.
A very enjoyable, but full on, trip taking in different areas - both modern and ancient cities, archaeological sites, castles, mountains and the coastal plain. An extra day or two would have made for a more relaxing tour, with more time in places such as Berat and Saranda. Some picnic lunches, rather than lunchtime eating in restaurants would have fitted better with the itinerary and provided some extra time. But, overall the tour was brilliant and varied, the tour leader was excellent and very informative, the included meals a great experience and the hotels of a good standard - apart from the one in Tirana which was acceptable.

I would have liked fewer 1 night stays and more 2 night stays, with a little less driving time. the hotels and meals were great and the boat on the Danube Delta was especially relaxing and enjoyable.

I have been dreaming of traveling to Turkey for a long time. I had initially booked this tour in 2020 and clearly it had to be cancelled. Five years later, my expectations were exceeded by this tour. The rich history, culture, the food and the beautiful people of Turkey— this is a trip not to be missed!

Nela our leader was excellent in all aspects of her role. The group of 9 developed a real cohesion over the week and Nela played a key role in that. The itinerary was great, varied and very interesting. Our tour of Split was well done and all the bike tours were well planned. Our support man was brilliant and warmed to the group, a real find.
A fantastic break in a beautiful country with perfect weather.

This was my first G adventure tour.. I was very impressed by the tour leader, the variety of experiences offered, and the camaraderie among our group who were strangers at the start. Not sure I have ever felt so much ease while exploring a culture and its people. Kudos to G adventures for designing an A+ experience.

Good photo opportunities. Ephesus with ancient streets, roman toilets, columns, mosaics and carving of menorah. Amazing amphitheatre at Parmakeele,The Thermal Springs. Lots of people but lots of space.
