The experience of cycling in Albania was very interesting as far as seeing different parts of the country, interacting with Albanian people, learning about the culture and history and cycling through forests and fields and down to the beaches.
The cycling itself was quite hard in terms of the hills, but because of the bikes/gears it was very attainable. We were able to stop and rest, as necessary and always had support and encouragement from our guide and the van.

More challenging walking then expected. May have beeHn helpful for shoe attire. Also heads up on clothing attire. All & All very nice trip. Got to see a lot. Loved our tour guide . Had a great time doing the island hop tour, the group really made it that extra special. Majority of the hotels were in great locations.
The visit to the local farm was a huge highlight, the food was just delicious there.
Definitely pack water shoes as all the beaches are rocky, like actual rocks that can be quite sharp, not just pebbly.
And unfortunately all the walks are done in the middle of the day, so definitely bring a good sized water bottle
