This was our first experience with Expat, and we were very impressed with the quality and the value. Kriszti, our Tour Leader, was phenomenal!! We have been on many coach tours in the past, but have never met such a knowledgeable, personable, and caring guide. We felt well taken care of throughout the tour. We can't say enough good things about her. We took advantage of all the available optional excursions, and we would highly recommend this to get a fuller experience. It was our first visit to Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary, and we were pleasantly surprised by their rich heritage and history, and felt very safe there.

The best part was it’s carefully planned itinerary. Though it was slightly hectic with early departure every day, but the area covered necessitated that. The free time for meals and free choice are hallmark of Europamundo. The tour guide Mr Antonio Tito was excellent and had to handle with passengers speaking different languages. May be it’s a better idea to club passengers of same language for smoother running of the trip. The hotels were good but some had infrastructure problems like bathroom door remained ajar, no telephone in room etc. On arrival, the transport was not available on time, and I had to make international call to contact your emergency and then they sent the cab. It was rather frustrating. Overall, it’s a good experience, but could have been better.

This is a fast pace tour so we've seen many points of interests in 11 counties in 14 days. It was well organized and learned some of the countries history, which was very nice. Pascal is such a caring person and excellent driver. He always have that beautiful smile and warm hello whenever he sees you even though he worked for many long hours. Would give him 7 stars out of 5. He goes above and beyond expectations. What an asset forExpat! Matt is very well versed in European history and it is great learning from him. He also kept us well informed so that the tour runs smoothly, which we appreciate very much. Though a couple of the hotels are not up to par, it won't prevent us from touring through Expat in the future. Overall, it was a great experience for us .

The tour was excellent. Sonny was an incredible driver, prompt, friendly and kind. Our tour guide, Callum 'Blinky' Pyper, was full of historical and local knowledge, friendly, patient and kind. Both took very good care of us. We enjoyed all the excursions as they allowed for a bit more interaction with the local cultures.

The trip was good. Just need to be considerate about the comfort of your clients on the hotels you choose to book them, somewhere that will make them more comfortable after a long day trip. Some of your guides are exceptionally very good, however some of your guides does not know how to communicate well with their passengers hence some miscommunication. The rest of the trip was well organized, you have very good bus drivers. Just need to improve some your itineraries.

Bring long bus days and not able to use the toilets on the buses whilst travelling with children was very inconvenient. Having stops of only 20 mins at the Berlin Wall then going on to have hours in places of nil importance was disappointing. Overall it was s good trip.

Tour was enjoyable and well conducted.You may need to include Berlin for two days and enhance one more day at Vienna.
Transfer to railway station at the end of tour at Prague on 23 May 2017 was not provided inspite of confirmation from Europamundo. Matter reported to Ms Cecilia, Tour Guide at Prague and had to take a taxi to railway station at a cost of 10 (ten) Euro spent by me.
You need to examine this at your end and inform.
