Unfortunately, due to weather conditions our trip to Gokyo Lake was canceled. Mr Prakash arranged in very short notice a new trek to Annapurna Circuit. In this way, we didn't lose too much time to still enjoy beautiful Nepal. Service provided by Nepal Guide Treks & Expedition was excellent. Everything was arranged nicely. No comments at all. Especially I want to thank our guide (Krishna Malla) and our porters (Birendra Malla and Tilak Malla) being such professional, nice, funny and friendly guys who helped us with everything during our trek.

A wonderful little try through the foothills of the Himalayas. Not particularly difficult, one just needs a little determination after a few days of walking downhill in snow. BEAUTIFUL views from Poonhill and throughout the entire trek. The hot springs are a great touch at the end as well. Beware of donkeys!

The trek was excellent although tough in the short timescale but I wanted the challenge. For others make sure youre happy with the non acclimatisation days, I had the full information and I chose to take the shorter trek. Off season in January although cold was a great time to trek as far less people on the trail as I hear spring time is just to hectic. Even in the winter you get warm during the daytime treking.

I travelled alone in the 2nd week of October. Weather was pretty good (only showers in the evening) and sunrises in Poon Hill and Tadapani just amazing. It wasn't as cold as expected and could do without a sleeping bag. The trek is great to get a taste of Nepal beyond the cities, offers lots of opportunities for protography, and can be done even by people with no head for heights (you don't have to be "schwindelfrei"). Deepak -my guide- was incredibly helpful, adjusting to my pace while keeping the tempo, helping all the time and even looking for "Shiva trees" to shoot. Thank you very much! I went on the Manaslu trek in March 2020 arranged by the local tour sepcialists and had an amazing time! The mountain and nature scenery was breathtaking and a really memorable hike for me! Nepal is such an amazing country with such lovely people. I felt safe every moment of the trek and the company really takes care about everything. Starting with a pick up from the airport and welcome dinner, they will help you with every concern. It was absolutely no problem to travel alone as a woman. My guide Raju was spectacular. He really knew how to get things done in the tea houses. The logistics are all taken care for you, no worries. I made some really good friends along the route that ended up staying in the same place multiple nights and had a lot of great conversation.
