Explore the beautiful Manaslu Region of Nepal on this 18-day trekking trip! The remoteness and secluded nature of the area make this trek a great choice for those looking to find some solitude or be immersed in nature and offer something different from the busier Annapurna Region.
The trip begins with sightseeing of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu and takes adventurers to trek in the beautiful Manaslu region. While on the trip, we get to marvel at the magnificent views of Mount Manaslu (8163m), the eighth tallest mountain in the world, coupled with a chance to witness the rich local heritage and biological diversity of the region. The highest point in this trek is the ‘Larkya La Pass’ which is widely believed to be one of the most dramatic passes crossing the Himalayas.
Like all our carefully-planned itineraries, this trek also ensures adequate time for proper acclimatization. Much of the trek involves walking on mountain trails and is within the capabilities of people with good cardiovascular fitness. Still, it is important to note that trekking at altitudes above 3000m/10,000ft is more demanding on the body than walking at low elevations.
Choosing this local travel specialist for our Pikey Peak Trek was the best decision we could have made. The service provided was top-notch, with the team taking care of every detail. The right amount of time for acclimatization allowed us to fully enjoy the stunning landscapes and create unforgettable memories. Thank you for an amazing journey!

The breathtaking mountain scenery, charming villages, and warm hospitality of the local people made the experience even more memorable. The services provided by the local operator were top-notch, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey. I highly recommend this trek to beginners and nature enthusiasts.

The trip was extremely enjoyable for most part and showed us the urban and rural Japan along with the modern and traditional. We covered tokyo, Mt Fuji, Kyoto,Osaka, Okayama and Hiroshima. The guides were quite knowledgeable though we had 3 guides in 9 days Hotels were good except to the Candeo at Osaka and Hiroshima. Rooms were small and claustrophobic. Also there is one day in kyoto where the sightseeing involves a lot of walking Bamboo forest, Tenyurji, Imperial Palace, Fushimi Inari and at the earliest can end by 3. A small snack served o the bus would be very helpful. 6 meals were included in our tour but they were all similar with sukiyaki and sashimi/ tempura. The other cuisines of Japan were left out. Also, 1 or 2 buffet meals with alternate spread may be ok for outsiders. The option for vegan and vegetarian people was limited to tofu which was not expected in this day and age.The trip does say a lot of walking and we came prepared for that, but in many of the locations the time give is insufficient to cover or even see properly. Also, since the tour allows all age groups, the speed of the seniors/ older persons should be kept in mind.
Kanchenjunga south base camp trekking is one of the popular destinations in Kanchenjunga region. Mt. Kanchenjunga (8586 m), the third highest mountain in the world is one the unspoiled trekking trails in eastern part of Nepal in the border of Nepal and Sikkim (India). The trekking to the south base camp offers varieties of landscapes, cultures and panoramic views of four highest mountains including Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Makalu, and Mt. Kanchenjunga .
Kanchenjunga South Base Camp With regards to the mountains themselves, in addition to the main peak of Kanchenjunga, there are four subsidiary summits exceeding 8,000m, the most important being Kanchenjunga West, also known as Yalung Kang (8,505m). Also found in this area are approximately twenty peaks exceeding 7,000m, the highest being Kambachen (7,903m), Janu (7,710m), Jongsong (7,483m), Kabru (7,353m), Tent Peak (7,365m) and the Twins (7,350m). In addition there are numerous peaks over 6,000m. Amongst this impressive cluster of peaks are five major glacial systems. Of these, Zumu, Talung and Rathong flow into Sikkim while to the west, the Kanchenjunga and Yalung glaciers flow into the mighty Tamor River of Nepal.
This just adds to the fact trekking in Kanchenjunga is an unforgettable experience where trekkers get right into the heart of the remote, less trekked, Himalaya mountains and valleys. With the recent addition to the trekking map, as well as other, remote areas so there is the opening up of more tea houses on the route. While this is a positive for the local communities, now would be a good time to go to Kanchenjunga before more trekkers ‘discover’ the area

Excellent trip. Great balance between cycling and sightseeing. Tour leader couldn't be better - great English, very knowledgeable about the culture and history / archaeology - and supported by an excellent team. Jordan is such an amazing country, and seems entirely safe from the nearby conflict in Gaza.
