I was a solo traveler and thought that the guide and the driver, were excellent. Guide had so much knowledge to share and was willing to accommodate my particular interested and needs. They were kind and I felt like I could just relax and go for the ride. I learnt so much about Balinese culture, spirituality, the history of the Island and the natural environment. Which is exactly what I was wanting. Would recommend.

From the moment Sam picked us up from the airport, nothing was too much trouble for him. if he could make your stay better he would. He offered advice and local knowledge but was never over the top. As a guide he was familiar with and had a real passion for his country. The weather was bad in the south of the country for our first week, so Aitken Spence changed our itinerary so we went northeast first and south the second week, meaning we missed the rain. We had a fantastic driver who took us to the places we wanted to visit. He was very accommodating and was always ready for us with ice cold water! He directed us to the local guides at each site and his choices were always perfect.
