My wife and I took an excellent 6 Day Peru trip organized by Lima Tour. It was a private, hassle-free and enjoyable experience. Everywhere we went, we were met with and accompanied by an guide, along with a car and driver. All the hotels were superior. Even when we requested last minute changes, Lima Tours made the require arrangements. I can't find enough word to express my appreciation for the great work they did.

Thank you very much for the wonderful trip to Peru! We were in the exclusive situation of being able to enjoy the trip as a private adventure, because apart from us two only the respective tour guide and the driver / s were there, no other participants. Everything was well organized, the hotels with good / very good standard. Thanks also to the professional and safe drivers who have always brought us well to our respective destinations and provided us well on the way. Special thanks to our tour guides, without whose comprehensively transmitted knowledge the journey would have been only half as intresting: - Viktor Aranda - interesting and varied information about Lima and the Inca culture, - Ronny Vizcarra - always in a good mood, with the ability to inspire the fellow travelers. May he keep his humor and his dreams would be! - Hermann Bouroncle - just one day, but with lots of information about the country and its people. - Benito Gonzales - excellent, full of profound knowledge that he was able to convey well. All the best for him, always good harvests and possibly one or two Wuawua !!! - Anani Tarraga - very good knowledge, unobtrusive mediated. She showed us the most beautiful corners of Machu Picchu and offered some more highlights on the journey. A strong woman with a big heart, whom we wish the best for the future.
My husband and I have currently visited Lima, Cusco, Sacred Valley & Machu Picchu all under your company’s wonderful guidance. Just would like to show our appreciation towards your company’s wonderful arrangement as well as the excellent tour guide service. We’d like to give our special thanks to Mr. Carlos Velasco, our tour guide from Cusco to Machu Picchu, for his professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. Also, the driver called Edwin has been an excellent & responsible driver. We will surely recommend LIMATOURS to all our family members and friends. Thank you once again for the excellent service.

Peru wasn't love at first sight, but it became something unforgettable. Lima felt chaotic but I quickly fell into rhythm. Then the Amazon hit me like another world entirely. You don’t just see nature there. You hear it and feel it pressing in around you. The nights were humid and loud, filled with the chorus of life. It was wildly outside my comfort zone but I loved it.
Cusco had colonial charm and a sense of sacredness in every stone. Machu Picchu was, of course, the crown jewel. But what surprised me most? The way the guide told its story, not just facts, but legends, perspectives, reverence.
This trip didn’t feel curated to be “easy.” It was immersive. Real. A little demanding at times but that’s what made it stick. These guys handled everything greatly. I came home with stories I actually want to tell not just photos to post.
We had no idea what Ecuador had in store for us, it honestly wasn’t even at the top of our travel list but glad we booked it. From the moment we landed in Quito, we were hooked. The city is lively and colorful, and even though the altitude made us slow down a bit at first, the views from the top of El Panecillo made up for it.
The Otavalo Market was pure chaos in the best way. I kept telling myself not to buy anything… ended up with a bag full of woven scarves. Zero regrets.
Papallacta was a whole other vibe. The hot springs were exactly what we didn’t know we needed. If the trip had stopped there, I think we’d still be raving about it.
Banos was this hidden gem with waterfalls and fresh air.
The small group made everything more relaxed. No rushing, but no wasting time either. We felt like we got to really be in the places we visited. Everything was organized, we barely had to think. Just showed up, enjoyed, and soaked it all in. Would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
As my wife mentioned, we made this tour to Argentina and absolutely loved it. The tour is great because it combines three destinations that we were willing to visit this time in Argentina which were Buenos Aires city, Iguazu Falls and the northern region of the country, which are all very different from each other. Great experience!
