This company deserves all the superlatives I can think of. We found them through the internet and they arranged a 15 night trip to India for my husband and me. During the planning stage, their responses to our emails were almost immediate, and included calls when they wanted or needed an immediate response. The trip they arranged for us was wonderful. They took care of all the details, and never let us down. They delivered exactly what they promised, on time, with efficiency and smiles. When we had a problem (a car broke down once), they responded within minutes by sending a replacement car to us. The hotels they picked were great, the drivers were wonderful, and the guides were excellent. Whenever we had a question or wanted to consult with them, regardless of the issue, they were almost immediately accessible and always gracious and very helpful. If you want to travel in India, I highly recommend using them.

Trafalgar does an awesome job of visiting key sites, providing locals experiences and exposing you to the toughside of India. When you complete your journey you feel like you've been exposed to the "real" India. I don't know of any other tour company that does this & I'm not sure every traveler is up to this approach but I treasured the experience.

This company organised, booked hotels and arranged drivers and guides for both tours, from the first couple of days in Delhi through Agra into Rajasthan and then from Bangalore through Kerala including safaris in Nagarhole Forest, seeing tigers and leopards etc and finally down the coast to Fort Kochi. The company monitored our trip continually through phone contact and had ensured a good quality of hotels including a splendid beach side stay in Kochi and ending up at Kumarakom Lake Resort for final real luxury! I can recommend them completely with, in particular, special mentions for Jugmohan in quotations, Deepak in operations, Ritu who monitored our progress plus drivers Deepak and Emon. We are so glad we chose this tour company for our first trip to India and when we come again well know who to contact. The hotels selected were hospitable and beautiful with excellent service. The itineraries ensured we saw the best attractions and the well trained guides made the history come alive and answered the many questions we had about local life. What made this trip exceptional however was our driver Amie we felt completely safe, he amazingly managed to dodge all road obstacles and nothing was too much trouble he is a gentleman.

I wanted to send an email to thank you and your team for making our holiday very memorable, from Ahmer for dealing with the initial enquiry and booking, Ragu for finalising the trip and Nishant for the daily phone calls to check everything was ok. Drivers Our biggest thanks goes to our driver, Mangiram, who was a real pleasure to have had with us on our trip. He was very knowledgeable and we always felt very safe with him during the long distances we were travelling. He is an asset to your company and we would be grateful if you would pass on our thanks to him personally. We were lucky to be given his nephew, Vikash, as a driver on the final part of our trip in Delhi and was also very good in making sure we made the best of the limited time we had in Delhi. Company reps We also thank the reps who visited us at the hotels and ensured a smooth check in and arranged activities for us. A special mention must be made of your rep Ahmed who met us at the airport in Delhi on the first day, again when we arrived from Udaipur and who also dropped us at the airport on our final day. Our flight was slightly delayed and he waited some time to welcome us. As we also had a limited time in Delhi, he went above and beyond his duty to help us find some places where we wanted to shop and stayed with us until we had finished. Tour guides We booked some tour guides in Agra, Jodhpur and Udaipur through your company. All of the guides, Jugnoo, Surendra and Umad, were very passionate and knowledgeable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the time they spent with us explaining the rich history of the places we visited.
