Valencia Tours in September 2025

This was our 2nd tour with Expat and we were not disappointed. Emilliano was an amazing tour leader, with a great sense of humor. He went out of his way to make our trip a pleasant one. We got to see lots of great towns and had a fantastic mix of fellow travellers.

What a jam-packed but super fun trip around northern Spain. We had a (generally) amazing bunch of people who like the same things, were respectful & committed to having a wonderful time. Emiliano (leader) & Julio (driver) were fabulous. Highly recommend, this trip & totally wish I could have stayed with the family to do the Portugal leg. Thanks Expat!

I traveled alone and was assigned 2 different roommates as it was different tours. The program was packed and sometimes was tiring but I would not ask for less. The itinerary was well thought off and planned so would not change anything except to spend more time in Andoora as I felt that was a bit rushed and there was still so much more I wished to see.

A truly excellent week! This trip takes you to a relatively unexplored but beautiful mountainous area of Spain - most days we met no-one. The scenery was spectacular - stunning limestone cliffs, sea views, olive groves and traditional villages. Our guide was exceptional - Jose shared his local passion for the area he's grown up in; whilst also deepening our own appreciation of the area with his wealth of social, cultural and historical knowledge.

It is my third tour with Expat and every experience is incredible. I thought that overcoming my previous tours with the Incredibles Laura and Andrea would be difficult but our Leader Antonio exceeded expectations, he and our driver Carlos made this tours a very special experience.

La Tomatina was just a blur of good times, when i arrived i was handed a beer at check in and the party was already in full swing. i got back to my tent at maybe 4am (sin roomate) and woke up for la tom at 6... to be honest i was barely in there, i even used my bag as a pillow when i finally past out. the paella was great, i even got a second helping! and the tomato fight itself insane.. bring goggles. the after party was amazing, danced the night away and then fell asleep on the bus on the way home. 10/10 you have to go.
