I had an absolutely fantastic 15-day trip through Northern, Central, and Southern Vietnam with this tour operator, and I can't recommend them highly enough! A huge thank you to Kiara, our assistant, who was instrumental in making our experience so smooth and enjoyable. Her flexibility, willingness to accommodate our every need, and exceptional responsiveness were invaluable throughout the entire journey. Kiara was incredibly patient and helpful as we frequently changed our minds about our itinerary. She expertly crafted a personalized trip that perfectly aligned with our evolving preferences regarding destinations and tour durations. All of our 3-star hotels were clean, comfortable and situated in the heart of each city, within a 5-minute walk of major attractions. Tours consistently started on time, respecting our schedule. The buses and airport transfer vehicles were comfortable, and we were always provided with bottled water. The meals provided at the hotels and during the tours were exceptional The tour guides and drivers were friendly, professional, and incredibly informative, providing valuable insights into each city and attraction we visited. We just returned from Vietnam. It was a great tour that provided us with a lot of interesting knowledge and unforgettable experiences, especially in Pu Luong a fascinating place with its unique culture. Our guides were experienced and friendly, and all the hotels were very nice. Evelyn's support and communication with us throughout the trip were incredible. We had a great time. Food in Vietnam was great a so reasonably priced. Our guides were fantastic. The travel expert was great to work with. I would tell anyone I know who is going to Asia to use them and to give jenny a call. Everything worked out as expected with no hiccups.
