Queenstown Tours in November 2026

Our tour manager, Vic Martin, was excellent. He not only gave us some very detailed information about each place we visited, but he also gave us a lot of historical information. He was very energetic and quite comical which made our tour that much more enjoyable. The places that we visited were absolutely beautiful! The only concerns that I had was in two hotels, and our airfare arrangements from New Zealand to Australia. The first one in Distinction Christchurch Hotel the toilet had yellow stains, and the last hotel in Novotel Sydney Darling Square the tub was so deep which made it difficult to get in and out, and there were no grab bars to hold onto. There was some confusion about my airfare from New Zealand to Australia. I was under the impression that I was to be included with the tour group flights, but I wasn't so I missed my flights. Vic and I were quite shocked to learn that I was not included. He helped me book flights on the same airline as the rest of the tour group which cost me a lot more money and anxiety. There was no communication between Collette, the travel agent, the tour manager, and myself regarding my separate flights. All of the extra expenses and anxiety could have been avoided if all of the parties involved could have communicated the very necessary information in advance.

Did the New Zealand North and South Tour. Was amazing experience, probably the best time of my life, from Hobbiton, lord of the rings filming locations to natural wonders of Milford Sound. I also love the diversity of nationalities in the group, a much more enjoyable experience.

Had the best experience on the 17 day tour of North and South Island of New Zealand. James and Ben were fantastic group leaders that helped everyone out when needed. Very well organised and would highly recommend!

Had such an amazing time on the South Island NZ Tour - we went to a great range of places with a good amount of chill vs adventure activities and the people were all lovely. Would definitely recommend! º
