The weather was perfect for the entire 5 days, couldn't have asked for better. Ruby and Pim were a great team, everything went very smoothly, they were both fabulous and knowledgeable guides. Ruby whipped up amazing meals and I felt very safe and comfortable with Pim's driving. The Takahe is an excellent taster to showcase Fiordland
Had the best holiday I could’ve asked for. Always wanted to got to New Zealand and Intro Travel made it possible without having to stress about anything. Also had the best group leaders in Alex & Harvey, made sure the group were able to live our best lives. Couldn’t recommend them more which is why I’ve already put a deposit down for the Croatia intro trip.
Geoff is an awesome guy! - and his travel agency. He worked with me to plan this trip over 3 1/2 years ago. Due to COVID it was postponed twice and, as time went on, I made changes and he adapted and re-worked the itinerary excellently. He made great suggestions and listened to my ideas with a great sense of humor and seriousness, booking the perfect Bed & Breakfast Inns in Christchurch and Lake Te Anau and other pristine locations. The tour he booked for me to see Hobbiton was the best choice, including a delicious lunch buffet! There was no hassle over prices, they were very reasonable and kept within my budget.
