Puerto Natales Tours in December 2025

We had an unforgettable trip to Patagonia, expertly planned by Santiago. With only a week to explore, we wanted to visit Torres del Paine, Perito Moreno Glacier, and Fitz Roy. Santiago patiently worked with us to craft the perfect itinerary, maximizing our time with tailored activity recommendations, seamless bookings, and private transportation between destinations. Once the trip was finalized, we received a beautifully designed website detailing our itinerary, accommodations, and must-see attractions along the way. Santiago's excellent communication skills truly stood out, as he even helped us resolve a snag when crossing the border between Chile and Argentina. We had the best time! We had rain, we had snow, we had wind, we had sun. The guides were amazing and filled us with positive vibes and confidence. The group mixed beautifully. Such a great experience.

The trails were very well marked and easy to hike on your own. There is a clear itinerary of where you should be each night. Do not bring food, as there is an excellent and ample breakfast, lunch and dinner provided. The showers were also decent and at all the camps on the W trek and had warm water. The sleeping bags and mats were warm enough, although I did go in December, so summer season. Transfers were seamless. We had to wait for the ferry to make a second trip at the end, so a one hour thirty minutes delay, and the buses waited on us to take us back to Puerto Natales. Having everything booked took the stress out of trying to get my own sites and transportation, and meals being provided saved a lot on weight. Overall, no complaints and a great trip!!

I had trained in anticipation for this trek by doing several hikes with roughly the same weight I'd be carrying in Torres del Paine. I also had completed a half marathon in Patagonia so I was acclimated to the elevation. I'm very glad that I had the training before hand. It made the trek more enjoyable and I was able to keep a good pace.

My brother and I wanted to do a hike in South America when we landed on this trek. We prefer to plan our own trips as opposed to going on a tour. This self guided trek was the perfect compromise. It was very helpful to have food and accommodation taken care of for us. Would definitely reccommend for tour-goers and non-tour-goers.

Very happy that all our tickets bus, ferry etc were organised too. It saved us a lot of hassles. The responsiveness and availability of English speaking people to help book tours made us to choose to travel with you. Our favorite hotel is Torres central Refugio. I would recommend booking Paine Grande Refugio instead of camping for the W trek. We were able to upgrade. But if we hadnt been able to upgrade we would have left our last day by staying in camps which were nice but definitely not as food as the Refugio.
