We just returned from a 5-week trip to South America. The team was AMAZING. They helped us plan a very complex itinerary that included multiple cities in Chile and Peru, a side-trip to Easter Island, Machu Picchu and the sacred valley, and finally Iguazu Falls in Argentina and Peru. The advice they gave and the hotels they chose were truly exceptional. The detailed day-by-day itinerary was very helpful, and all of their in-country partners (e.g., drivers, tour guides) were terrific. Everything went perfectly. Best travel experience ever! The experience in Argentina and Chile set up for my wife and I was a wonderful experience. We spent 30 days traveling much of Patagonia along with Buenos Aries and Santiago. Where there were things we would do differently after the experience, on the whole the places we saw and the things we did more than made up for some logistical issues. Mostly the trip went flawlessly. All the guides, pick-ups, tours and travels came off without a hitch. The places we saw and things we did were mostly amazing. This was due to the work put in by the team. I would recommend them with the caveat that you walk through each detail with them to make sure it is what you want or expect. As I mentioned, if we did this again we would do some things differently. Good luck on your planning and happy travels.

We had an unforgettable trip to Patagonia, expertly planned by Santiago. With only a week to explore, we wanted to visit Torres del Paine, Perito Moreno Glacier, and Fitz Roy. Santiago patiently worked with us to craft the perfect itinerary, maximizing our time with tailored activity recommendations, seamless bookings, and private transportation between destinations. Once the trip was finalized, we received a beautifully designed website detailing our itinerary, accommodations, and must-see attractions along the way. Santiago's excellent communication skills truly stood out, as he even helped us resolve a snag when crossing the border between Chile and Argentina. The team planned a 2-week itinerary for us in Argentina and Chile, including Trekking Torres Del Paine, Fitzroy Mountain, El Calafate, El Chalten, etc. The itinerary was perfect. All our accommodation, pick-ups, transfers, etc went smoothly. The drivers were punctual, friendly, and obliging. Highly recommended.

We originally planned to come to Argentina and visit Patagonia (also Torres del Paine in Chili) in March 2020, but due to corona, the trip was postponed again and again. The team kept us informed on a regular basis and finally in February 2022 we were able to make the trip. We are just back from our W-Trek in Torres del Paine, Chile. Victoria had organized everything for us starting with all transportation, and accommodation before and after the Trek (we started from and returned to El Calafate, Argentina), and arranged everything for the W-Trek even though we were late in initiating it (were we lucky Victoria found a way to make it happen!). We had a wonderful trek through a beautiful country. It is awesome to not have to do our own arranging and to have every detail taken care of! The accommodations in Puerto Natales (Aquaterra Hotel and the Francis Drake Hostel), were both very clean, and quiet, had lovely hosts, and were very close to excellent restaurants!
