We had an amazing time in Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, and Seim Reap. Our guides were prompt and easy to find, were easy to understand and very knowledgeable, and adjusted the plan based off of our interests. They were prompt with cold water and wet rags in the crazy humidity and kept things at our pace. We had one issue at a hotel and the team promptly resolved it. I highly recommend this group!

Our trip to Vietnam was absolutely amazing!! David arranged the entire trip for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids and it was absolutely perfect! We are having the best time on our Vietnam trip! At first I was a bit worried about organizing a whole trip with a person in another country and only talking via email and WhatsApp but I can not fault the service that this tour operator has provided. Jenny has been fantastic the whole way through! From talking to us about what we wanted to do and see and what type of accommodation we liked and budget. She tailor made our trip into suit us and it has been faultless. All the tour guides have been very good at communicating pick up times and Jenny has been checking in with us the whole time making sure everything runs smoothly.
