Transfers, attentiveness, professionalism, consistency...you name it, this company checks off every box. I ( and the other 15 members of our group) were constantly raving of our guides, chefs and porters. They honestly made our climb seem like a 5 star experience on a mountain. From the minute we woke, until we closed our eyes at night, everything was done with consistency and professionalism. The food was different every single day (and so yummy!), our camp sites were always ready for us when we arrived, medical checks were done twice a day, and so much more. Oh, we had hot water-bottle-bunnies given to us each night at bedtime to put in our sleeping bags to keep us warm. Just one more thing we became accustomed to. We knew what to expect every single day due to their communication with us and the overall format they followed.There were many laughs and tears as well left the mountain. We grew close to these men and shared the ups and downs (literally) over the course of 7 days. They aided us in every way possible. They made us feel at home. They sang and danced (for us) and with us, we shared a New Year's cake with them that they carried up the mountain for us.

For our honeymoon, my wife and I decided to climb Mount Kilimanjaro and chose this tour operator.We couldn't have chosen any better.The team was extremely profesional: 1 guide per person and 6 porters (including a cook). We were taken care of with a lot of attention, the team treated us really well (including hot water bags before sleeping for the cold, a gentle a nice touch we were not seeing with the other groups). We had medical checks twice per day.We couldn't make it to the summit without the help and care of the guides, Stanley and Rodgers.In the hotel where we stayed before and after the climbing, we had good briefings.Also, they offer equipment for rent needed for the climbing, if needed: this were of high quality brands.We highly recommend, they were awesome!!!!!!

I traveled with this tour operator for the second time. My first visit to the National Parks was in October 2020. There we met the managers of the company, and I noticed how prepared in travel management they were. They offered me to summit Mt.Kilimanjaro and I was immediately hooked on it.Though I have never been over 3000 m, I came home thinking over it and eventually booked a 7-day hike. At home, I spent a lot of time training for the climb. The guys met me, took to the hotel and prepared the missing equipment. I had a day of relax and then we started. There were seven people in our group: two Chines, two American and three Russian travelers. Climbing has passed on hurray and the organization on the top rating. Everything was perfect. We caught many picturesque vistas and experienced indelible emotions. I recommend everyone to climb Kili!

We recommend this tour organizer for safaris to the Serengeti and to Ngorongoro. They went out of their way to tailor a trip for us to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro, and it was fantastic.The guide/driver, Bakari, was professional, exceptionally knowledgeable about everything, and he is one heck of a good driver. Bakari is a natural at finding animals - he was so clever. We're amazed at the variety of animals we saw at close range.(We spent nearly 25 days on safari in Namibia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe, and we saw the same amount of animals but more variety here in Tanzania with this company in a far shorter period of time.)The accommodation was beautiful and overlooked the savanna.Our trip was so good that we'll return and spend more time on safaris with them. Tanzania truly has it all and we're fortunate to have selected the best safari company with the best guide!

What a great route to choose to get to your destination. You get to see both sides of the moutain the arid dry north compares the lush rainy south. The beautiful extra day at Mawenzi tarn to help with acclimitisation is so worth it. but most importantly living above the clouds for 4 days is just the best.

This trip was execellent and we couldn't have been taken care of any better by the team, almost felt a little criminal how pampered we where. The guides (Henry, James, Sarafin and ) had great knowledge and kept a very watchful eye on the whole party to monitor how everyone was coping, they adapted walks and talks to ensure everyone's needs where met. At all times they where positive and encouraging whilst also pushing us along to ensure we achieved the summit. Personally I've never been so well fed on a trip like this, it was 3 course breakfast, lunch and dinner with a Menu that Milton our Cook was only to happy to change at our request. The porters are amazing, carrying heavy loads and flying off ahead of us from the start, shouting Jambo as they pass. The camp was always ready for us when we arrived which for a few was a god send as they flopped into their beds after a trek. Our whole group made it onto the top of Kilimanjaro which is a great credit to the support provided by the team.
