My first Exodus trip and what a wonderful trip it was. Such a great insight into this wonderful country which has stunning scenery, amazing historical sites, wildlife, interesting fauna and flora, beautiful beaches and above all very friendly people who are desperate for tourists to return. As a single female traveller I always felt safe, and never felt hassled or threatened when having free time on my own. The tour gives you a real mixture of scenery, temples, wildlife, activities, interaction with some local families, free time, beach days - although we covered about 1500 km in 2 weeks it never felt like we were in the bus too much - and there was so much to view outside. A couple of long days were nicely broken up with different activities. Several of the hotels had stunning views and nice swimming pools - perfect for an early morning or late afternoon swim. All in all a fabulous trip!

We reached out to several operators but chose to work with Lahiru due to his honesty and straightforwardness. We provided him with a list of our desired activities and accommodations for our 15-day trip, and Lahiru responded with an excellent itinerary and fantastic hotel recommendations. The price was reasonable, and the all-inclusive package meant we didn’t have to worry about any additional services. The hotels we stayed at was great, excellent food and amazing hospitality. The van was in good condition, equipped with air conditioning, and our driver, Asanka, skillfully navigated Sri Lanka's challenging roads. Lahiru, who also served as our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, making our experience even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, this is one of the best tour operators in Sri Lanka. We booked and paid for this tour pre-Covid in late 2019. Australia closed its borders one week before we were due to commence our best of Sri Lanka holiday in March 2020. Bookmundi and HOT tourism assured me that we could postpone our tour until it was safe to travel and we were ready to go. They placed no time limit on how long it would take. True to their word we rebooked and and commenced our tour in late June this year. We’ve (Myself, wife and daughter) had absolutely no regrets. The best of Sri Lanka tour took us to some wonderful cultural and historical sites. Not to mention the natural beauty that Sri Lanka has to offer. If you are considering taking this tour I advise you not to hesitate. It is great value for money and a lot of fun and very relaxing. Sri Lanka is a wonderful place to visit and I hope to come back again someday soon.

It was my first solo travel and I cannot be more satisfied with the experience with this local travel expert and the tour: Grand Tour of Sri Lanka. The itinerary was really well planned and executed, we managed to visit the major attractions of the country while having time to relax and enjoy the holidays. Our driver and guide Gaya is the best! He really cared about our comfort and did everything possible to make sure we enjoyed the country. More than that, we had a family atmosphere, we even called each other brothers in their mother language, I was the youngest sister = nangui, I had 2 older sisters (solo travellers as well) = Aka and our older brother, Gaya = Aya. This trip was absolutely amazing. We could not be more happy with our local travel specialist and our awesome guide Buddhika. Anyone couple who is interested in a unique and exciting honeymoon adventure should book this tour. Our guide took great care of us and made sure we had the best experience possible. Sri Lanka is such a beautiful and diverse country with so much to do and see. We are so sad the trip is over but thankful to everyone who made this experience an unforgettable one. We enjoyed visiting magnificent monuments including some wonderful historical cities, temples and fortress during this tour. It is s must do tour if you are visiting Sri Lanka for the first time.
