Christchurch Tours in October 2027

My top deck experience was full of jam packed action and adventure, but still allowed down time and chill out sessions, which were needed from time to time. I found that the organisation of both the company’s itinerary and of our tour guide Connor was as close to perfect as it could have gotten. I never once felt uncomfortable or worried about anything while I was touring New Zealand and can safely say that it was the best 17 days of my life so far. Thank you Top Deck!!

My trip was amazing! I enjoyed everything that we did and our guide Connor was great and super knowledgeable, either knowing the answers to our questions or finding them out for us. Everywhere that we travelled was fantastic. Just remember to rest a bit, even if it is on the bus, as you will be on the go a lot. The hostels were alright, some were better than others. I would have liked to stay longer in some places, but that just means I have stuff to do another time!

We loved the Takahe trip. The highlight for us our overnight cruise on Doubtful Sound. The scenery was stunning and the boat was very comfortable. We upgraded to our own cabin which we thought was well worthwhile. The walks were very enjoyable and each was quite different. Our guides, Kim and Emma, were great. They clearly love what they are doing, we're very knowledgeable and prepared excellent meals .

This was the most expensive (by far) holiday I've ever taken and it exceeded expectations. We were fortunate that the group of 7 + guide all got along very well together. There's a comment on your website from a previous trip that there wasn't enough walking, and this was a concern for me in advance, but looking back I think it was just right for me. The members of the group had different walking capacities, and our guide ensured we were each able to achieve our respective goals.

Overall the trip was fabulous.Perfect time of the year for the weather.All the accommodations and itinerary package were "right on".The travel designer, Geoff in Christchurch was extremely helpful with much communications and making changes prior to finalizing the trip.,

New Zealand is AWESOME! clean, pristine lots of H2O and lushly beautiful landscape. I'm glad to be with Si group, with his vast knowledge and experience about NZ. He is a mans man and will say things as is, at times funny, he is attentive, well do the extra mile to make sure everyone is OK and safe, and having a great time. Aside from my sunburnt face? I really enjoyed my sight seeing vacation.
