The Intro Epic Indonesia 19-day tour completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we landed, everything was incredibly well-organised. The tour struck the perfect balance between adventure, culture, and relaxation. We explored stunning places like Bali, the Gili Islands, Lombok, and Kuta plus more—each spot offered something unique. Snorkeling with turtles, hiking volcanos, chasing waterfalls, and watching sunrises from breathtaking viewpoints were just some of the unforgettable highlights. What made this trip even more special was the group dynamic and our amazing group leader Zio, who was supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun and caring. I cannot put into words how genuinely helpful Zio was. He went above and beyond to ensure we were all happy, safe and comfortable at all times. It felt like traveling with friends from day one. Accommodation was better than expected—clean, comfortable, and always in great locations. The included activities and local experiences gave us a real insight into Indonesian culture and daily life. If you're looking for a once-in-a-lifetime trip that combines adventure, culture, and new friendships, this is it. I came home with amazing memories, a full camera roll, and a new travel family. I Highly recommend it to anyone considering group travel in Indonesia.

I had the absolute best experience on my 10 day Bali Experience tour and so much of that is thanks to our amazing tour leader, Song. From the moment the tour started, he brought such positive energy, endless knowledge, and genuine care for everyone in the group. He made every day feel fun, stress free, and unforgettable.

King Song, has been amazing. He has made our Bali experience just magical! The care he has taken over everything, making sure everyone is ok, has just been above and beyond. It has been such an amazing experience, and his knowledge or the area and how to make our lives easier, was superb.

I had an amazing experience on this trip, thanks to our incredible tour guide! He was always making sure that every single person in the group was comfortable, happy, and enjoying every moment. His attention to detail and care for everyone really stood out. On top of that, his great sense of humor made the whole journey so much more fun and memorable. Song has been so wonderful! He made sure everything ran smoothly, was always open for questions, easy going, and very adaptable. I feel he did a great job with including everyone and ensuring everyone had a chance to do what they wanted. He is an absolute gem and I would highly recommend working with him. A genuine man to be around! The tour was great too! There was balance of relaxed, physical, cultural, and nature activities. The only thing to be aware of is the amount of traffic in the city, it's nothing to do with the hired transport, there is just insane amounts of traffic. An amazing overall experience!

This trip was the most enjoyable and enriching 10 days I could have hoped for. Me and my girlfriend had the most amazing time and we’ll be forever grateful for the activities we got to experience and also for the incredible Song.
