The Intro Epic Indonesia 19-day tour completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we landed, everything was incredibly well-organised. The tour struck the perfect balance between adventure, culture, and relaxation. We explored stunning places like Bali, the Gili Islands, Lombok, and Kuta plus more—each spot offered something unique. Snorkeling with turtles, hiking volcanos, chasing waterfalls, and watching sunrises from breathtaking viewpoints were just some of the unforgettable highlights. What made this trip even more special was the group dynamic and our amazing group leader Zio, who was supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun and caring. I cannot put into words how genuinely helpful Zio was. He went above and beyond to ensure we were all happy, safe and comfortable at all times. It felt like traveling with friends from day one. Accommodation was better than expected—clean, comfortable, and always in great locations. The included activities and local experiences gave us a real insight into Indonesian culture and daily life. If you're looking for a once-in-a-lifetime trip that combines adventure, culture, and new friendships, this is it. I came home with amazing memories, a full camera roll, and a new travel family. I Highly recommend it to anyone considering group travel in Indonesia.

I had the absolute best experience on my 10 day Bali Experience tour and so much of that is thanks to our amazing tour leader, Song. From the moment the tour started, he brought such positive energy, endless knowledge, and genuine care for everyone in the group. He made every day feel fun, stress free, and unforgettable.

King Song, has been amazing. He has made our Bali experience just magical! The care he has taken over everything, making sure everyone is ok, has just been above and beyond. It has been such an amazing experience, and his knowledge or the area and how to make our lives easier, was superb.

His attention to detail and care for everyone really stood out. On top of that, his great sense of humor made the whole journey so much more fun and memorable. I recently had the pleasure of joining the Bali and beyond tour, and it was an incredible experience that I will never forget. The first half of the tour, which took us through the beautiful island of Bali, was absolutely breathtaking. From exploring stunning beaches to visiting ancient temples, every moment was filled with awe and excitement. The itinerary was well thought out, allowing us to experience the best of Bali's culture, landscapes, and local life. A special shoutout to our tour guide, Ikrar, who was nothing short of fantastic. His energy, knowledge, and passion for the places we visited made the tour even more special. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was having a great time and was always available to answer any questions or provide insights into the local culture. Ikrar truly made the Bali portion of the tour unforgettable. However, I must mention that the second half of the tour, particularly in Lombok, didn't quite match up to the amazing experiences we had in Bali. While Lombok is beautiful in its own right, the activities and organization seemed to lack the same excitement and seamless execution as the earlier part of the tour. Additionally, there were times when we had to proactively ask for information about the day's itinerary, which would have been better if it was communicated more clearly and consistently. Overall, the Bali and Beyond tour was a fantastic journey that offered a wonderful mix of adventure, relaxation, and cultural immersion. Despite a few minor hiccups in the second half, I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore Bali and beyond. And if you’re lucky enough to have Ikrar as your guide, you’re in for an amazing time!

I had the most amazing time on the epic Indonesia 19 day tour. Our group leader Andri was incredible! He went above and beyond, making sure we had everything we needed, answering all our question whilst giving great advice, he had great energy and was so fun to be around. Intro is perfect for stress free travel, the tour was very well organised with lots to do and so many great activities.
