I had an amazing three-week trip that included: Buenos Aires, Ushuaia, El Chaltén, El Calafate, Puerto Natales, Puerto Varas, Bariloche, and Iguazú Falls. This enormous region requires expert trip design or a long time of learning and self-planning. The landscapes are outstanding—especially during early autumn, when the forests begin changing colors from green to red. I wanted a trip that was both organized and allowed for personal adjustments. Lucila was the trip expert for this tour. After defining my interests, she designed a preliminary plan that was refined over the course of a few weeks. The plan included domestic flights, hotels, local guides, and transfer drivers. Before starting the trip, I received a comprehensive document with a detailed description of each day, a contact list of all local suppliers, and even walking maps from some hotels to meeting points. All drivers arrived as scheduled. All guides were knowledgeable and helpful. During the trip, I also had the option to contact the agency if anything was not going smoothly. It was a delight to work with Lucila. Her patience, knowledge, and professionalism are outstanding. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in a Patagonia adventure.

It was amazing. Lucila was extremely helpful. We went back and forth on the itinerary, they ensured that i was happy, ensured that everything was good to go. Checked in on me the night before my trip started. Even on the trip when i had a booking question. Lucila was able to answer me in just a few hours. They even set up an app for you to follow the route and suggested activities. And I am a very picky person about trip planning - but I would say I'm extremely happy with my experience.

So I will just tell you that the team can and will create a perfect holiday for you, making you feel safe and relaxed every moment of your trip. Their local partners are also very professional, warm, helpful, and polite, taking care of everything one may need. Argentina is not just a holiday destination; connecting with its nature and people can help one become a more complete person—someone who understands the diversity and unity of a country.
