Very busy but saw most of the country. Would have liked more time in some places but understood agenda. We had a great Tour Director in Stephane. He was very knowledgeable about all areas and tried to accommodate requests when possible. Plus our driver, Solo was also extraordinary, always p look peasant and very skilled. We always felt safe with these 2.
The Best of France had a very full and varied itinerary. The organisation was excellent and we were taken to the sites/events very comfortably by superb driver and tour guide. Very informative but balanced by plenty of free time to explore individual interests. The add on optional experiences were well worth the additional cost. Very tired by end of trip but many many great memories.
I have been to France twice before this trip and I have to say this was the best way to see all the provinces and what France has to offer

We were lucky that we had the best travel director and driver for the trip. The trip run on a tight but smooth schedule so we were able to see lots places. Overall we were happy about the trip.
The entire tour was amazing, taking into consideration this was only my second international experience. My most memorable experience, if I picked just one, was our boat tour in Cassis. But I will say our group (22 people), was just lovely. We were a small enough group to get to know one another and share past, present and future travel stories. Let’s not forget our tour guide, Stephanie . She was lovely. Totally knowledgeable, accessible at all times and she was fun. She is what I would hope for in all tour guides 💕. Our next travel experience will hopefully be either Greece or Italy. And I could only hope that it would be as amazing and memorable as “Essence of France”! Would definitely travel with Collette again !
