Berlin 16-Day Tours and Trips

Its very good in all arrangements, punctuality, room accommodation, the guides etc. Very professional. Area of improvement: it will be appreciated if the trips are planned so that the stops in the city is close to facilities for senior citizens to sit down and relax, who are not capable or interested in shopping and strolling time. Having to wait for 3 to 4 hours during this time without getting a place to sit is tiring.

Our itinerary for Turku, Naanthali in Finding got cancelled last day. There is a gap in communication from Europomundo to Makemytrip causing this problem. We want to see the country-side of Finding but unfortunately that didnt happen. Although we were compensated, we arent clear if the compensation balances this experience and whether it is correct. Separately, my sincere appreciation for Pedro Biju, who have coordinated things from day1 and being a close partner in not just answering queries but also solving any issues that we had. Awesome to cover so many places in matter of 13 odd days, Germany, and then passing through Denmark, then Norway and ending the travel in Finland was awesome. Ferry rides, hotels and bus were comfortable and were thoroughly researched as well meticulously planned. I would shortly be planning for my next adventure and can confidently reach out to Europomundo for future travel needs. Thank you so much for such a truly and awesome travel experience. In one occasion our english group was added to the spanish group and we didnt like that. For future occasions, we would prefer to be in a separate bus. One bus for the english group and one bus for the spanish group.

The tour was not expensive compared to other tour agencies. In short it was affordable. It encompassed a lot of cities and places. It got a lot of free time for the tourist or guest like me after the guided city tours.

Unfortunately this tour was impacted by the corona virus and multiple border / town lock downs, however it was still an enjoyable trip. Our itinerary while amended allowed us to visit some beautiful sights, and I always felt safe and informed throughout the entire trip. My guide was knowledgeable and gave our group guided tours throughout the towns, allowing us to ensure we made the most of the visits. He had an excellent knowledge of history and culture. The last tour I did with Europamundo we did not have mic commentary from the guide and I can see now we have missed some of the commentary after hearing such detail on this tour. I’d recommend all guides to do the mic share on the bus, otherwise you may as well give us the Wikipedia page links pre tour. Unfortunately I would like to provide feedback that the transition with the new guide who was taking us from Stockholm to Helsinki was not ideal. With the tense circumstances with EU travel restrictions, I was not provided with contact details of the new guide until requested and it felt we were left deserted in Stockholm. I understand this new guide was not presented with the best scenario he could’ve, so please understand I do not take this as a compromise of him or his job. For those passengers who had made alternative travel arrangements so they could return home early however were originally planned to continue the tour, it felt they were provided little support once the guide transition was made. This survey asks me to rate Jose however I feel it’s not appropriate for me to do so as I didn’t have any travel with him. I’m sure he is great and excels when there is no corona Also, BMW World is the worst stop in the whole itinerary and a lot of people on our tour would agree. We even joked how bad it was during our tour multiple times Overall though the tour was great fun, with brilliant guides who coordinated us through this period. Please pass on my sincere thank you for managing through such a challenging period.

This was one of the best trips of my life! I had the best group and the two best CEOs ever!!! It’s a very fast paced tour of some incredible cities, and the CEOs did absolutely everything in their power to make sure that we had the best time. Diana and Filip are two of the most amazing, kind, caring, considerate and knowledgable people I’ve ever met. They are good eggs! They made this trip so so so much better! They’re a real credit to the company. I shall be booking more g adventure tours because they made the experience so enjoyable!
