Yes, I highly recommend this company. A huge thank you Chhatra, Ram, Raju, Raj, and the phenomenal driver who’s name I missed—for an excellent trip from December 19, 2021 to January 3, 2022. I completed the Everest Base Camp trek from 12/20-12/31 and added on two additional day tours in Kathmandu.
The trek was incredible and led by Ram, an energetic senior guide, and Raj, a friendly porter. Stunning scenery and an accomplishment I’ll never forget!!
On my day tours in Kathmandu, Raju filled my brain with history and cultural insights, while adapting our stops to my interests and selecting great rooftop restaurants.
Chhatra was super responsive to all my questions and concerns regarding the trip and COVID-19 logistics. He arranged a PCR test at my hotel for my return to the United States and Raju walked me through picking up the results at the airport and double checking the report details.
Top notch transfer service as well. The staff were attentive and provided a safe first experience in Nepal for me, a female and solo traveler. Looking forward to booking my next trek to the Annapurna region!!
We had an absolutely amazing time on our Annapurna circuit trek. We were a group of 4 together with our guide Binod and porters Depesh and Ashok. They took great care of us, taught us a lot about the Annapurna region and most of all made sure we were all having fun. Great people and truly amazing views. Highly recommend!

Ever changing mountain backdrop with countless >8000m snowcapped peaks and a blue sky to die for. Apart from the odd bit, the trekking was never too hard, and the tea houses were generally great along the way.

My husband and I just completed the 8-day Langtang Valley trek! We were guided by the amazing expert Ramesh, and our superman porter (and skillful jeep driver) Suresh. We had such a great time and are feeling very accomplished. We feel fortunate to have had these fellows with us as they made the trip so much more fun and interesting. They were patient, funny and never seemed annoyed at my very slow rate of both ascent and descent. Ramesh guided my husband Kevin up Tsergo Ri at an early hour while Suresh showed me around Kenjin Gompa and the yak cheese factory, and helped me while I had some mild altitude sickness. I felt like we were traveling with pals rather than hired hands. The trek itself was amazing. We had perfect weather and made excellent time despite my slowness! We ended up finishing a day early, and so on Ramesh’s suggestion we headed to Chisopani so we could ring in the new year with a mountain sunrise. It ended up being cold and cloudy, but keeping warm at the campfire talking with the guys was one of my most memorable moments of the trip. I did the ABC Trek in December 2019. Was an amazing experience and the trek was stunningly beautiful. My guide Deepen had a great knowledge of the mountains and was very attentive to my needs. He had a good understanding of what different clients are capable of after watching them on day 1 and then made sure the trek was suitably challenging but not out of their comfort zone. I always felt that safety was a priority and when extreme bad weather came in when only a few hours from our ABC destination, I was comfortable with the decision not to risk it. No one went up the mountain that day. The trek was fun, heaps to see, lots of people to meet along the way and Deepen always discussed the plan for the following day the night before, so I felt engaged and knew what to expect. Overall a great trip, would highly recommend but make sure you take some very warm clothes if travelling in winter. I'm thinking myself of planning another trek.

We can highly recommend doing this Trek. It is a tough hiking trek (since you will be at very high altitudes for multiple days in a row) but the views make up for it - the landscape is stunning. Our Guide (Sanchaman Rai) explained a lot and did his best so that we felt always safe and secure. When we could not finish the first pass (Kongma La) - Sanchaman adjusted our plan so that we could do the other two passes, even though we lost a day. All in all it was a great trek with a great tour agency. (Hint: If you think about doing the Trek in less than 16Days - it may be possible, but make sure that you acclimatize correctly otherwise you will not enjoy the experience :-). In our opinion 16 Days is the perfekt amount of time).
Just completed the Gokyo Lakes, Gokyo Ri, Cho-La and EBC treks with this local travel expert and had an unforgettable experience. Throughout the whole process Chhatra was an impressive communicator - very responsive, simple, clear and informative. Our guide (Rinji) and porter (also Rinji !!) were incredibly flexible in helping us make the impossible, possible - whilst always looking out for our health and wellbeing. I cannot more highly recommend this agency for your Himalaya adventure - the whole team was truly incredible - experienced, knowledgable and well connected to all the best places to stay along the way. The local tour operator provided a very good, friendly and sensible guide to accompany me as a solo traveller going to poon hill circuit. The office was very organised, confirming a price quote quickly so that I could make arrangements. I'd recommend this trek, preferably out of the busiest season. I'm sure this company would make a very good tailor made tour for individual needs at any time of year.
My name is Beattie, I'm 21, an Australian studying in the US and I just completed a 10 day trek to Gokyo Lakes and Gokyo Ri. I could not stress more how much I enjoyed this trek and how you will definitely not regret a single thing when you book to trek in the everest region! I usually do not write reviews but this trip was so breathtaking that I just had to champion my guide, Dhana, and the agency he works for.
Firstly, I originally booked with a friend. However, she bailed a month from my departure date. I was originally hesitant to go alone but this should definitely not deter you from trekking in the area if this is a fear of yours. Trekking alone has its own spiritual power you cannot get when you trek in a big group. You can walk at your own pace and take breaks whenever you want! Also, you meet so so many amazing people while travelling solo so you're never really alone.
Secondly, my guide DHANA was the most amazing companion to have during the trip. He went above and beyond to make my hike enjoyable and smooth. He was such a sweet man who was great company. His English is close to impeccable and is a great card player! He beat me several times at a card game I taught him on the trek. Moreover, he is very flexible and can adjust your trip to your needs. He genuinely cares about you and wants you to have the best trip possible.
Thirdly, this local tour company based in Kathmandu is great. Chhatra, who I originally emailed after booking, met me when I first arrived in Kathmandu and was very warm and welcoming. He is clearly very experienced at what he does and understands the whole system very well - he will be truthful with you and is someone whose word you can trust. Moreover, this company provided me with numerous benefits I had no idea I was actually going to receive. Every night, my oxygen level and heart rate was checked, I received fruit after every dinner and got a free hat and cap upon arriving in Kathmandu. Definitely an awesome trustworthy company to book with.
Finally, the trek itself was amazing and a trip I'll never forget. I trekked in mid December which actually was such a perfect time. The trails weren't too crowded but still enough people were trekking in order to make friends. The lake was frozen over which was still as stunning as ever regardless. Summiting Gokyo Ri was by far my favorite part of the trip. We trekked it around 2:30pm and arrived at the summit just before sunset which was absolutely incredible. My phone died at the summit because it was so cold but luckily I had a film camera (I would highly recommend bringing a film camera or even a disposable as the cold can kill batteries pretty fast - portable charger is another great idea). In terms of altitude sickness, I was very lucky to not feel the altitude too much. Diamox can be taken if needed but I think if you're young and fit the chances are you don't need to take it.
Some final trips would be: bring chapstick, bring a portable charger, bring a film camera, pack lightly and bring proper hiking socks. Be prepared for potential delays going to and from Lukla as well.
I could not recommend this operator more. I would highly suggest requesting Dhana as your guide as he is not only very knowledgeable about hiking in the Himalayas but is also such a great human as well! I will definitely be back to Nepal.

A wonderful little try through the foothills of the Himalayas. Not particularly difficult, one just needs a little determination after a few days of walking downhill in snow. BEAUTIFUL views from Poonhill and throughout the entire trek. The hot springs are a great touch at the end as well. Beware of donkeys!
My husband and I just finished the Everest Panorama Trek and we could not be more happy with our experience and our choice in company. Our guide was knowledgeable, super friendly, and did everything to make our trip special. Our porter was excellent. On our last day we all had lunch at our porter's home with his family which was an amazing experience. We had friends using a different company at the same time and they were jealous of all the special touches that were included for us. It was really perfect. We will be doing another trek next year.

I had a wonderful time trekking to the Everest Base Camp with Nepal Eco. Chhatra was very enthusiastic in our communications before the trip and furnished me readily with the necessary details of visa, permits, documents, equipment, etc. He responds speedily and is meticulous in his information. My guide, Dawa, was an affable and jovial personality who was always glad to share his abundance of technical and cultural knowledge. We had quite a few drinks together and had a whale of a time in the mountains. I was unfortunate to meet with some ATM hiccups and ran out of cash mid-trek, but Dawa came to the rescue, lending me money and sponsoring my tea most of the time.
After the EBC trek I was supposed to continue on to Island peak, but heeding Dawa's advice on the foul weather I decided against it. Chhatra was kind enough to reimburse me for that part of the trip; I believe few agencies would be as transparent and generous as he. Safe to say, I had the time of my life nonetheless, and it's all thanks to these guys.
