The hotels were amazing but the trip was so full on there was no time to appreciate them. Also 18 Wats in 3 days was too much. Tour Guide very knowledgeable and fun. Amazing trip. Great accommodation except for one fail in Saigon. While it was in a good location and clean it was not comparable to the accommodation we had experienced up to that point. I know our feedback was being presented back so hopefully this is remedied for other tours. Theo our guide, went above and beyond my expectations. This was my first tour experience so have nothing to benchmark against, but he far exceeded what I thought the experience would be. There was great attention to detail, great recommendations, as well as co-ordination of things for off tour times. Will definitely use Explore again and have already recommended it to a friend

I can’t imagine navigating Vietnam without Diem. The trip was incredibly organized.. starting with Diem meeting us at the airport, to the lovely hotels, flights, transportation reservations, etc. We also appreciated the tips on local cuisine shopping and sightseeing. I couldn’t recommend this trip more. We loved the cycling element mixed with learning about the culture of two fascinating countries. The cycling is very flat (although hot obviously) so not too demanding. I don’t do much cycling at home but I loved cycling in the group through local towns and villages. It’s an excellent way to see the countryside, the beautiful temples and the way ordinary people live. The hotels were really excellent too, many with swimming pools, although the itinerary was pretty full so we didn’t always have time for a swim! Our explore guide Binh was exceptional and really made the trip for us. We had lots of laughs along the way and he and other local crew looked after the group so well.
