We had a great time with our Europamundo guide, Maria. She was very professional and made a great effort to see to it that everything goes smoothly. Agnes, the guide from Barcelona, was also very informative and amazing. If all of the guides you have are like them, then I would without a doubt book with you again. I also appreciate the free time and transfers provided for dinner. Just a few points for improvement would pertain to more sites visited. I understand that the logic is that a not a lot of people want to do the same thing but I wish more maps and more detailed information could be provided as to how to go about the city. Maria was able to provide maps and information on how to get about the city and it was sufficient of course. However, some travellers who are not attuned to traveling might be a little iffy in exploring on their own. In general though, great tour and Id definitely do it again.

Hotel Stays in Italy France was the worst ever. This was not 4 Star for sure. These hotels where not even worth 2 stars. Please take action on Hotel Booking. I would stop recommending Europamundo just for this reason.

The trip was a very enjoyable one and we were well attended to by your guides Pablo and Maria, both explained things very well and ensured our needs were met. We spent most of the time with Maria and She was super as she knew a whole LOT and in the rare chance she did not know an answer to a question she was great at letting you know shed find out and actually finding the answer and getting back to us. She was a huge part of the comfort we had with this trip. Too, the dear lady lost a close family member but remained with us at a time that could have been very hard for someone to do their job, I felt she went above and beyond what I expected.

This tour was much better than Vibrant Europe mainly because the we had the one guide for the whole trip, less people, and the group dynamics in general was similar. There wasnt a whole group of one ethnicity like in Vibrant Europe with the Iranians and the guide (Nacho) was awesome. However some of the hotels had no internet and had shitty customer service. They were in no way 4 stars hotel. The Organisation and logistics were terrible in some places and the choice of hotels was pathetic Especially their breakfast
