Although all the tour guides were excellent, special mention must be made of Ken Estevez who went over an above his call of duty to assist us with various aspects of the tour. His knowledge of Japan, its culture and religious belief systems is highly commendable. Overall good. But there multiple changes in Guides, a tour becomes interesting when you spend all your day with one guide as he understands you and you also understand him/her. Out of all guides we got, I would Bellenexceptionally good and Ceaser were really good. But others were just English translators. They just hear what Spanish guide say and translate. Buses this time were outsourced and not Europamundos buses, seats tight and leg space less.

First of all, Europamundo has the best tour guides. They are super nice and knowledgeable. Some have difficulty speaking in English but it still works out. I also liked how we were able to visit many places but we felt like it was quite rushed. Our Switzerland itinerary was a bit of a waste as well since we used up the entire morning to try to get to ride the cable car but in the end it was replaced by waterfalls which I think is too different in terms of price and experience so that was disappointing.

Over all I had a wonderful time, I was only disappointed with some of our other passengers. A certain group of people were very inconsiderate to other passengers and particularly to our tour guides. They consistently pushed in lines and shoved people out of the way, At one point I was pushed over doing my shoe lace up, my mum was pushed back into her seat as they were always in a rush to be first or at the front. Abrupt and loud when our tour guide was giving us important information and always requesting Indian food. There were times they had actual tantrums on the rare occasions this particular cuisine was not available and taking it out on our guides who were clearly doing their best and doing a great job at accommodating the entire group. I feel that in the future if there is a group of people with such direct demands to put them in a group of their own to improve the trip for other passengers and to reduce the stress that this would have caused the guides.
