Heading to Znojmo, make sure to visit the Romanesque Rotunda of Our Lady and St. Catherine before indulging in a local wine tasting. The vineyard adventures continue in Mikulov, a stunning wine town that’s surrounded by the mighty Pálava Mountains and known for the Mikulov Chateau. Leave the towns behind and journey into the Lednice-Valtice Cultural Landscape, known as the ‘Garden of Europe’ and home to chateaus, lakes, gardens, and colonnades. Drive through the landscape and stop off at the many chateaus, including the stunning archbishop’s chateau at Kroměříž. Spend a full day here to enjoy the splendor of the gardens.
