Unforgettable Tour in the Philippines!

Just wrapped up the most incredible 17-day tour through the Philippines, and it exceeded every expectation! The itinerary was packed with unforgettable experiences — island hopping, snorkeling with turtles, cliff jumping, kayaking, and so much more. But what truly made the trip unforgettable was the people… and one person in particular: Massive shout-out to Jay, our tour guide! 🙌 Jay was absolutely legendary — super friendly, organized, and always full of energy. He brought the whole group together like a family from day one, and his love for the Philippines was contagious. Whether it was teaching us local phrases, finding the best street food, or making sure every detail of the trip ran smoothly, Jay went above and beyond in every way. Can’t wait for my next adventure with this team!

Go on this trip!!!

This was my very first trip alone with a group and Ioved every second of it. I would recommend to go on the island hopper trip. The tourguides are really kind en caring and the local people who work with the travel team also. We did amazing activities and I would do it all over again. Communication is also on top!

The best 10 days in the Philippines!

Really enjoyed my time on the Philippines West tour. It was great to join an organised trip like this as the planning and itinerary is so thorough, we visited some incredible places, had so much fun on the day trips and I don’t feel like I could have had a better experience! Thankyou Jiear!

Excellent

First time travelling and travelling with a group of strangers! Intro to Philippines was amazing, really good way to see lots of the islands and meet the people. Our tour leader Jade was really welcoming and lovely, and really on it keeping us all informed on what was going on and plans.

Excellent

So I travelled around the Philippines with Jade as my tour guide. It was a great experience a really good way to get around and see the Philippines in a safe environment. Jade was absolutely top notch always brought the laughs and the info, she was really organised and didn’t miss a beat. I would recommend this to anyone looking to travel but is unsure of doing it solo.

Manila - Tour Highlights and Travel Tips

Tour Highlights

  • Intramuros (Latin for “between the walls”) is an old walled area located in the heart of Manila. This enchanting historic hub houses some of the most exquisite examples of the country’s Baroque architecture, including churches, convents, schools and palaces.
  • Binondo is the name of Manila’s Chinatown, the oldest one in the world. It is the perfect place to soak up the hustle and bustle of the busy Filipino capital. Also, if you find yourself in Manila during the Chinese New Year, this is definitely the place you want to visit.
  • Fort Santiago is an astonishing citadel which was built in the 16 th century by Spanish conquistadors. It is part of the walled circuit that rises around the district of Intramuros.
  • National Museum of Anthropology is situated in a grandiose neo-classical building. This sight is bound to be of interest to anyone who wants to learn more about Filipino history, arts and culture.

Travel Tips

  • If you need a break from the chaotic metropolitan vibe, seek shelter in Rizal Park, which is located just outside of the Intramuros district. This serene urban oasis, one of the largest ones in Asia, houses many luscious ponds, ornate gardens and historic monuments.
  • If you want to avoid the sticky and humid weather characteristic of Filipino summers, make sure to time your visit between the months of December and March. This is when the temperatures are mild and the weather is dry, making it ideal for sightseeing.
