Cooking class in hoian

Vietnamese foods are very different from North to South. This short cooking class in Hoi An will give you some ideas of simple, delicious recipes that can be prepared easily at home.

You will be picked-up by our driver at your hotel and then we will transfer to the cooking class. Together with a cook assistant you will have an opportunity to visit Hoi An’s colourful market and enjoy amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy area and mingle with the local sellers to buy some ingredients used for the cooking class.

Later the cook will show us how to prepare some local Hoi An dishes. After cooking, we will eventually have a dinner with local delicious food, of which some of them have been prepared by ourselves.
