Great trip The bus was clean and comfortable. Ashleigh our driver was extremely capable, which ensured everyone felt safe throughout the trip. Dave our tour director was very knowledgeable and helpful. Lovely scenery along the way and we had plenty of stops and never felt rushed. Good food and accommodation as well. Overall I would recommend this trip.

The tour was wonderful although I had no idea where the tour guide was meeting us as there was no communication at the start. I kept going down to the hotel foyer (many trips) finally on the Tues late arvo 5.45pm I went to the Ibis desk again and there was a sign on the counter that the tour guide and group were meeting at 6 pm. When I mentioned to Chanthavee about no communication he said it was due to me booking through another company.!!! Our coach driver Pete was amazing and not once was the trip scary as his driving was excellent. Chanthavee needs credit for being such a great tour guide with so much knowledge without going on and on!!!! about the country we were visiting. Some of the buffet food was rushed and cold once at the the table especially in Queenstown, lovely setting all the staff waving to welcome all our group coming off the boat, but in a hurry to get us fed and out the road as there was another group following us.!! I think we could have been on the Franz Joseph express earlier as the train was very delayed where we boarded with not even 20 minutes of daylight left to view the scenery which was so dissapointing. We have done many coach tours overseas but I guess the Aussies are good time keepers as no one was late on the bus but credit to the UK and Yanks also!!!!
