My trip was due to commence in Christchurch which was experiencing a red alert bad weather event. Most of the roads out of the city were blocked by floodwaters. The tour operator rearranged the trip resulting in a magical trip!

I had the best two weeks of my life on the Best of Australia trip. Getting to see most of the East Coast of Australia and doing some iconic activities was amazing. Our CEO made the trip even better with his local knowledge and ability to be flexible to make our trip even better!

Overall the trip was fabulous.Perfect time of the year for the weather.All the accommodations and itinerary package were "right on".The travel designer, Geoff in Christchurch was extremely helpful with much communications and making changes prior to finalizing the trip.,

Our trip to Australia with Luxury Gold was an excellent experience, it was a very busy itinerary, but it allowed us to see a lot of what Australia has to offer. The whole schedule was put together exceptionally well, and our Tour Manager was very attentive and looked after us throughout the trip. Our favourite hotel was The Reef Hotel, The Langham was also exceptional. The only part we would change, would be the trip to the Yarra Valley in Melbourne, as the visit to the Chocolate experience was not for us. In hindsight we would rather have spent the day at leisure in Melbourne. Every other aspect of the trip was spot on, we loved it.

I've wanted to visit New Zealand for decades, and this trip fulfilled my dreams! Such variety of nature, wildlife, scenery and activity; exposure to local mores and cuisine; appreciation and admiration for the country's integration of Maori language and culture; and a fantastic group of fun, kind, like-spirited people adventuring together. The length and pace were just right; I returned home feeling not exhausted but energized. This tour deserves to be the Top Seller it is.

Our driver was Simon. We had a great time feeding Donnie the North American horse and then went on to the farm to check out sheep shearing. The view from the farm to the ocean side is mesmerizing. Delicious picnic lunch box is not only taste great but look beautiful. The wine tasting experience was also very 👌 good. If you don't know what to do, sign up this trip - I would recommend my friends and family when they are coming to Christchurch.
