"This local travel specialist was very great at communication. We had some health problems arise and they helped us navigate through our options and checked in with us often. They went above and beyond in customer service and I am very thankful to have had the opportunity to work with them."

"We had the most amazing time. Such a beautiful country with a well considered itinerary and friendly guides the whole way through. Special mention to Chris who was our final driver and wrapped our trip up perfectly (and I think was our emergency contact for the trip, putting up with all my annoying questions)!"

"- Our communication with Randall prior to the trip was very helpful and reassuring.
- The trip with Ride CR was bad: the car felt unsafe, the driver felt distracted, and driving into San Jose on Friday afternoon is a bad idea (traffic).
- Baldi Hot Springs is for people who consume a lot of alcohol. It wasn't a great way to end a fabulous day in nature.
- The Crowne Plaza hotel was convenient but has little character. Can you think of a more centrally located hotel?"

"Me and my travel companion, have been talking about how well done and amazing. This has brought big smiles to us.
Every moment was well done, right from the start with Juan Carlos picking us from the airport to the day he said goodbye. Juan Carlos is an amazing and knowledgeable man.
This can also be said for the other crew you have working for you as well. Memo, the man that knows everyone is an amazing cook and support ( I hope his back stays strong), Julio the kayak safety guide will be a very good guide with his passion for the jungle, rivers, wildlife and people and the wild fruit he shared with us.
Juan Carlos is so friendly and helpful. He gave us so much information about the areas we visited, the people we meet along the way and the different plants and animals. The organization JC and Memo provided was 5 star.

We are a small, dedicated team of 20, resident in Costa Rica with our head office and a warehouse based in the capital, San Jose, two camps bordering the Pacuare River and our rafting warehouse nearby at Guayacan. We design, organize and run multi­activity travel within Costa Rica, Panama and nearby Nicaragua and are expanding to include other Central American countries. Established in 1994, we have assisted many adventurers in exceeding their expectations while connecting with nature and the elements.
