Very happy, the tour was mostly as expected, travel was mostly smooth and we got to see and do lots of things in a month which was amazing. One thing I would rate low is the booking experience, website was down, multiple people I spoke to were completely lost (one was very helpful and she’s probably the reason I booked because I was about to give up) the itinerary disappeared afterwards and when I contacted you I spoke to another completely lost person who was massively unhelpful. no one thought to give me heads up that i need to provide evidence of onward travel for Peru and I almost didn’t make my plane, etc. overall I would say your guides on the tours are very organized compared to the people doing the bookings and providing support and you should definitely work on that.

This journey felt significantly longer than its actual duration—in the best possible way! I thoroughly enjoyed every moment, appreciating both the wonderful group and the breathtaking landscapes of Patagonia. Great way to see Bolivia, Chile and Argentina. The Bolivian Salt Flats were an unexpected highlight. So beautiful. Patagonia was also stunning. I really enjoyed understanding the lives of the indigenous people. Thank you.
