The booking porocess was easy, and customer service was responsive. I contacted 4 companies about the tour I was interested in. Two of the companies I contacted didn't answer me at all. One of them was basically a chatbot that said "do it yourself." Only bookmundi had human agents to help.

It's hard to balance with a diverse group. It seemed like we tried to fit alot of things into the days we had. Personal preference, I would have liked to have had more time in Kinnebunkport ME and Portland ME. But loved our stay at Trapp Family Lodge. The choice of stops on day 2, Rockwell Studios or Chase Studio was good but I think everyone felt we would have liked more time there. Some lunch stops seemed too short.
Overall an enjoyable time
