It's hard to balance with a diverse group. It seemed like we tried to fit alot of things into the days we had. Personal preference, I would have liked to have had more time in Kinnebunkport ME and Portland ME. But loved our stay at Trapp Family Lodge. The choice of stops on day 2, Rockwell Studios or Chase Studio was good but I think everyone felt we would have liked more time there. Some lunch stops seemed too short. Overall an enjoyable time
It was interesting every day and covered areas of good leaf color.
The hotels are comfortable and interesting historically. The changing leaves made the ride on state and county roads an ever changing view. The itinerary includes city, village, and farm experiences that engage all the senses. Combined with a knowledgeable guide and pleasant co-travelers, this trip was one that I can heartily recommend.
