It's a wonderful overview of the southwest/national parks. We would recommend it to others.
A few comments to make it better:
1) Offer a pre-trip of the city starting point. For example, many of us come in the night before to save the worry of delays, etc. It leaves us with a full day with no tour-related items. We found this wonderful Golf-Cart tour around Scottsdale which is across the street from the Valley Ho hotel. I recommend your offering this fun golf cart ride for pre-trippers!
2) Although the Tour Director was excellent with organization, we would have liked the Tour Director to talk about history/geography/significant items as we drove (and drove and drove) for hours. The bus driver seemed to have lots of fun facts, that were only heard by the people sitting up front. Sometimes she would relay this info to the entire bus. Unfortunately, we were assigned back seats, so we never heard the bus driver. We have been on tours all over the world, and this was the first time a Tour Director was only there for organization. We had terrific tours/lectures within the parks.
Thank you for asking!
