Incredible trip - fast paced & packs in all the sights you could possibly want to see in Sri Lanka, even leaving time for some down time on the beach. This is an adventurous one - constantly on the go and outdoors a lot. 10/10 - and the number of elephants seen was the highlight!

From start to finish, the trip felt thoughtfully curated rather than just ‘planned’. Routes flowed naturally through coastal roads, lush tea country, and quiet village back roads, giving a real sense of Sri Lanka’s contrasts in a relatively short time. There was a balance between time on the bike and cultural stops. Suresh chose routes that avoided the worst of the traffic and heat, favouring early starts, stops in small towns you’d never find on your own, favouring up-to-date routes. One day your riding past rice paddies and temples, the next you’re winding through ‘undulating’ tea plantations with cooler air and big views, constantly changing scenery, friendly faces at every tea stop and what incredibly tasting tea it was. Suresh our guide set a clear standard of safety:maintained bikes, clear hand signals, calm, confident road positioning around buses, tuktuks, and the dogs. Hydration and breaks were planned at sensible pauses. Suresh gave depth of local knowledge wherever we were and each stop became a mini-lesson in history, religion, food, wildlife: you never felt rushed away from a conversation with a local or from a viewpoint. His love for his country shone through as we too fell in love with their country.

We went there in December, just after the country suffered severe cyclone and flooding. Very nice hotels, plenty of food (maybe too much), and well looked after by the team. Itinerary was great and this was the main reason we chose this trip and Sri Lanka has fantastic sites and culture to experience - unfortunately we counted on having an appropriate guide and tour director who could assist with making the most of the experience - unfortunately our guide was not fluent in English, could not answer questions or explain the sites, culture and history in any meaningful way and we were forced to communicate critical aspects of the itinerary with him on whatsap, initiated by us not the tour director - the worst tour director I have had in nearly 45 years of travel and over 50 tours

Awesome tour of the main sites of Sri Lanka through the eyes of cycling the backroads. Definitely recommend this trip. Wonderful insight into the country, people, food, smells and sounds. And a special mention to the tremendous guide Ashan and his support team of cycle guides and drivers. Professional and enthusiastically helpful at all times. 10 out of 10 from me.

Cham was an excellent guide, with a great knowledge of history, culture and nature. The activities were all very good, particularly the white water rafting. A couple of quite long days though
