Canada Adventure Tours

I WOULD LIKE TO EXTEND THE TRIP 1 DAY MORE AT THE END IN ORDER TO KNOW MONTREAL MORE. I THINK MONTREAL IS INTERESTING CITY AND WORTH TO STAY 2 NIGHTS.

The itinerary was very thorough and interesting. But unlike other Insight trips, there were no extra excursions offered, probably due to the packed itinerary. As a historian, I was disappointed that there was no opportunity to visit Fort Louisbourg, a critical location during the French and Indian War. Nor did anyone offer to help me make this excursion a possibility. Des;pite this disappointment, the overall Maritime Provinces experience was a positive one. Also, our guide was quite good. My advice would be to incorporate the visit to the Fort as part of the trip and possibly cut one day off of Prince Edward Island. One other comment: we have been on 5 Insight trips, and on this particular one we had to pay for the most non-included suppers ever.

really fantastic trip. Everything was brilliant - amazing accommodation and vehicle, leader and lovely other travellers. Itinery - long - but it had to be to cover the whole distance. Only one issue - stayed in Canmore for 3 nights, but never got to see Canmore. I did ask - and had we got up just one hour earlier - it would have been easy to fit in. Just a not to the organisers- that's all.

The itinerary provided an opportunity to see and experience a good variety of landscapes, cities, small towns and harbors. The local guides who led walking tours were exceptional and the speakers at various sites were colorful and very interesting.

Visiting all the beautiful lakes and mountains at The Rocky Mountains tour were a highlight, pictures didn’t do justice. Standing on a glacier was amazing. The resorts were really lovely, sun peaks was beautiful. Whale watching in Victoria was fantastic along with the other additional excursions, my only regret was we weren’t able to a helicopter ride, due to the weather and an extra day in Vancouver would of been great

The tour covered all the key sights of the maritimes The tour director and driver were excellent even when they had to make changes to the itinerary due to seasonal restrictions
